Great location for those wanting to catch a flight out from Brussels. The pillow was super plush and comfy, a welcome change from the flat pillows experienced in other hotels.

Amazing location and the staff were very professional. Our first night we were in a newer room and the 2nd night our room was different and showed signs of wear in the bathroom but nothing terrible just wear and tear. Right by the train station! We like the hotel and staff & would definitely stay here again.

Not the Greatest location. Lots of homelessness. Guys with machine guns around as well given it is at central station. Just a bit of a rough crowd. I would not stay here again if I went to Brussels sorry.

Hotel is basically a business hotel. Dingy part of town had to take a cab to somewhere else every time we wanted a meal or to walk around

We caught the Eurostar, so location was excellent. Not in a very nice area to walk the streets but we wanted something close to the trains. Aircon was good, towels were of a good size and thickness, room was looking tired.

Very good location especially when your train to Brussels Midi arrives 2 hours late around midnight. Reception well staffed even through the night but room was designed to impress but not built to last. Not impressed. Breakfast too expensive to even contemplate.
