Best Western Plus Belize Biltmore Plaza

This is a safe clean hotel with good service and close to the airport. My only complaint is the rooms closest to the main road are not sound proofed enough.

The hotel was comfortable and the restaurant was very good. The check in process was a little slow. Overall a friendly and nice hotel and a good price.

Beautiful property and great room. Only downfall was that every day many tons of kids are in the pool getting lessons and screaming and playing. They have a class that lasts from morning into the evening- we weren’t even able to use the pool.

Really nice hotel but in more of an industrial area but that is changing as new construction is going on. If you have transportation then this is not an issue though. We will stay here again the next time we visit.

The hotel was more than we expected. We were just looking for a place to lay our heads for the evening and the room blew us away. We would have happily stayed here far longer.

Though the staff are quite nice, on both the day we arrived in Belize city and the day that we left 8 days layer, they put us in a room that was adjacent to the weight room. So having a decent night sleep was impossible. People were using the gym until after 11 PM and started using it around 5 AM. When we did get back into Belize, we were told that a bunch of people got COVID so they were forced to put us in a room over the gym, even though I specifically requested us to not have an adjacent room and they assured us we would not. Come to find out that they didn't actually have a bunch of COVID people, but had double booked over a dozen rooms. When I told them that I was not going to stay in the noisy room again, they sent us to a hotel across town. It was a hole in the wall, very noisy, absolutely no phone servicein rooms or.ftont desk. And if it wasn't for me bringing my laptop and HDMI cable, we would have had no TV in the room to watch either. We will not be returning to this hotel again.

Used the hotel on 2 differen nights, on the sunday they sell day passes and the pool was FULL on kids and families, no room to use the pool, then on Wednesday coming back again a swim coach was teaching kids to swim, some very noisy. There is nothing wrong with that for the local kids BUT hotel so let guests know prior to booking. Staff were good, helpful. Shuttle service good. Breakfast good and not expensive. 2nd night booking price was double whatcwe paid the first nite so I asked hotel for a rate, much cheaper. Again i am wondering about using the online booking services.

Great place and friendly staff. Perfect stopover in Belize City on our way to San Pedro. Great shuttle staff as well.

I stayed 4 days. It was comfortable. Our room was right by the pool so there were nights when there was a lot of noise. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. The TV has minimal channels. the restaurant menu does not change. There is a small coffee shop, wine shop, restaurant, and gift shop. There is a shuttle that will take you where you want to go. It cost about $25 USD round trip. I plan on going back will stay there. However, I will ask for a room away fro the action for more quiet.

The property was very nice and someone is always cleaning.

Great stay for 1 night between flight and Caye caulker ferry. Will stay here every time we come.

Nice clean but busy hotel

We stayed here before our flight home from vacation. I woke up covered in bug bites in my legs, never had them on other days of my trip. Room 144 was loud and noisy. We were only there a few hours Taxi driver was super nice tho. The pictures def made this hotel look nicer than it was.

They put us in room 143 right next to the weight room. People used it til late and started using it before it got light out, at least by 6am. I didn't get a wink of sleep in the morning. To make matters worse, the traffic noise shoots right down the exterior hallway.

Nice for families. Adult areas limited near pool. Hotel shuttle not the most reliable. Some room locations noisy at night. King beds way to soft and uncomfortable.

This hotel is so clean, friendly, quiet with beautiful common areas.
