The hotel is under renovations. There are a few chairs to sit and wait for your room, Uber, etc. The room itself was nice and comfy. The breakfast was terrible with limited options. The location was in a rough area. It seemed like Chinatown area with only Asian inspired cuisine. We walked around to find shops or restaurants but the further we got the more dangerous it seemed. There are a lot of homeless people around. It was broad daylight and some were using pipes with drugs out in the open.

Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Place is showing it's age and needs a lot of repairs. No service in the room. Had to go in search of everything, tissues, toilet paper, coffee, etc. Breakfast was plentyful. Lobby needs help. It would have been nice to have coffee and/or water available in the lobby. Nice location for public transportation.

The breakfast was nice. The hotel is undergoing construction. The balcony was not worth it. It was small and there were no seats. It was concrete and only had room to step out. The hotel is far from downtown. Very few food options nearby. It was good to have a ride to Canada Place for our cruise. However, we did have to arrange our own transportation to Canada Place when we wanted to go exploring.

Nicely located to shops, easy access to downtown Vancouver and friendly staff. Rooms have microwaves and fridges which is very handy. Breakfast included and reasonably priced parking available. I’ve stayed here twice…I will be back. One downside…no pool or hot tub but that isn’t a deal breaker. Two coffee shops a block away and a massage place two blocks away and at great rates!!

“The staff is helpful, and the room is clean and well maintained. The only concern I had at check-in was when the staff stated that parking is not free if you booked through a third party or Expedia. However, the staff refunded the parking fee when we checked out, which was good. I think she refunded the parking fee because we purchased tickets to Grouse Mountain through her.”

Room was extremely clean. Staff were so helpful and kind. Great location for the Pacific Coliseum Arena. Lots of eateries all within a very short walk and a gas station directly opposite hotel. Hotel offers parking, but we did not need it for our stay. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel which take you straight to the waterfront train line, (R5 Hastings street route)from Waterfront station you can get to anywhere in the city. Hotel offers breakfast which was amazing, something for everyone's tastes. Would 100% absolutely recommend this hotel. was perfect. Will be back.
