The hotel is currently being renovated, which I didn’t know when I booked it. Bathroom door would not open properly as it hit the toilet. Food in adjoining restaurant was poor. Staff however were very friendly, and workers doing renovations very respectful of guests.

This place is going through renovations and it shows. No carpeting in the room. Vinyl flooring. Not even a rug. And they didn’t provide services to my room after the first night. I stayed 2 nights and had no clean towels after first night, etc. and breakfast included was supposed to start at 7AM and there were about 8 guests waiting outside the restaurant for 20 minutes for it to open. I’d avoid this place until they figure it out

I enjoyed staying here. Great location and lots of underground parking. Staff were nice, especially the cleaning ladies. Construction starting at 7:30 am on weekdays. That wasnt ideal for trying to sleep in. However, I look forward to when the renos are done and the atrium itself is accessible.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, they helped explain the shuttle to Canada Place every hour and to book ahead. The breakfast was minimal but decent. The hotel is under renovations so a lot of amenities aren’t available. There isn’t an airport shuttle just the hourly shuttle to Canada Place. The room itself was ok, clean enough to be ok to put everything down but nothing to brag about. The view from the 4th floor balcony facing north was Beautiful with a view of the mountains and the Iron Workers memorial bridge. The building itself is definitely in need of some renovations and I’m sure it’ll only go up!
