Stayed 2 nights in the Shenzhen suite. Conformable stay, good service by the staff. Would be better if the design is more thoughtful eg there is no full length mirror in the room, the bathroom light could not be switched on if the “master” light switch is off (had to turn on the “master” when one of us had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the light), and the video screen in the 100/F lounge was too bright.

Absolutely the finest 5-Star hotel in Shenzhen! Outstanding staff, with an impeccable butler service. Don't miss the scrumptious morning, and evening buffet. So many international dishes, which are prepared with the highest of standards!
Access to the metro is a snap, and it is beneath the King Key building. One never has to go outside to ride the system.
This is my only choice of properties when my travels bring me to Shenzhen!
