Stayed 2 nights in the Shenzhen suite. Conformable stay, good service by the staff. Would be better if the design is more thoughtful eg there is no full length mirror in the room, the bathroom light could not be switched on if the “master” light switch is off (had to turn on the “master” when one of us had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the light), and the video screen in the 100/F lounge was too bright.

I have been having a high expectation in St.Regis Hotel but I guess it was quite a disappointing experience to me. The place was indeed having a magnificent views from both room and lobby, which food there taste good too. However, there are few things that need to concern before booking:
1.) you need to queue for breakfast for around 15 minutes.
2.) My room are having cigrattes smell which might be from other room through the venting system. Calling reception only giving me an air purification machine in the room.
3.) Swimming pool have no swim cap available to borrow.
