Compact rooms for short stays, but easy on the wallet.

Well maintained.

Dirty walls. Bathroom stunk of urine. Hot at night. Bed was firm. Only 1 pillow.

Room was dirty, found personal hygiene items left from previous guest. Shower curtain nasty. Mattress kept moving around. No ventilation other than opening window, no bathroom exhaust fan... Breakfast makes it near impossible to refill water / juice. And the eggs??? What the actual is that. Overall - Most expensive low budget hotel i have ever been to, not worth the money, would not stay again. Bonus - this is not on a trafficked route, you need to figure out busses and trains. Find something that is off the metro, will be much easier to get around.

To give credit where credit is due, the property is very affordable and convenient to anyone who desires to stay in Copenhagen. I will say nonetheless, that it has inverted priorities in relation to hotel requirements. While I applaud the wonderful gymnasium, laundry self-service, variable breakfast options, and lounge areas, I object to the spatial configurations of the rooms. The most alarming detail was the bathroom (everything else was fine). In building efficient spaces to accommodate numerous guests, it is unfortunate that the bathrooms were equivalent to budget stays in Paris. For example, the shower and toilet shared the same floor, which is inconvenient to those who prefer a dry foot placement when using the toilet or brushing their teeth. Copenhagen obviously exceeds the quality of such a detestable city like Paris, but I would advise the property owners to consider a spatial configuration that does not submit to the deplorable idiosyncrasies of the French. Of course, I merely use Paris as the most common example, given the lot who desires to spend their money in France. To put it briefly, the hotel should prioritise the quality of the rooms and not merely rely on the availability of amenities, which seem to be the nominal attraction. I would much prefer a comfortable room over having a gymnasium and anything of that sort.

Stayed here with our family of 4 - including two teenagers. Comfortable beds & clean, simple for our needs. We paid for the optional breakfast and we would skip that next time.

Fine for what we wanted.

No frills accommodation. Small room with basic facilities. Comfy bed. Basic, canteen style breakfast. Helpful staff. Perfect for a short, cheap, stay.

Room was what I expected. Perfect for one night. Here’s the issues…the reception staff were so rude and unwelcoming. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my many years of traveling. Will not be staying here again, which is unfortunate because I fly to Copenhagen two times a year with my family.

The hotel looks good on the outside but is so small on the inside. The bathroom is literally a shower stall with a toilet and small sink in it. Providing a shower mat would have been helpful for safety after using the shower. It was warm and stuffy in the room. The window opened, but you had to pull the shade or look in the neighbor windows. Only two small pillows were provided and the staff told me, without checking, that there were no additional pillows available. There were a few spots for drop-off parking. I'm not sure where you would park if you needed to. On the upside, the hotel is close to public transportation and is walkable from the edge of downtown. I would not stay here again.

No air conditioning, but that's to be expected in Europe. Asked for additional pillows and was refused. I guess they only have enough for 1 per bed? The beds are small and the "mattress" or bed topper is very thin. Not very comfortable. Rooms are not very sound proof, can hear people in the hallways. Reception area is pretty chaotic around check in time. Self checkin/checkout computers were not working. 3 washers and 3 dryers in the laundry area for the entire hotel. They only clean after 7 days and charge you if you want it done sooner. Breakfast buffet was not great although there was a lot of variety. 10 minute walk to anything of interest and no bus service on the main street due to construction. Would not recommend.

The rooms are way too small. The smell of sewage was coming out of the drain area of the bathrooms. Room smelled like mold in carpets. We were moved to a room w/o carpets. That worked. Everything is extra when you stay.

Our room was not clean when we checked in, but they were able to give us a different room. They are very, very, compact and due to the heat wave it was extremely warm in the room - they were able to provide us with a fan, which helped a bit.
