Lovely hotel, staff were extremely helpful and the facilities were brilliant. Will be back again!

Lovely room. I don't like coffee bags, they are so weak. Facilities good. Bathroom tiles need grouting bleached. View not bad, I did expect a better view for a deluxe room but it was perfectly ok. But overall, very good stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was lovely! Room was a little dated and not too functional. The kettle was on a table but if you wanted a tea/coffee you had to put it in your bedside table as there were no plugs anywhere else in the room! The bathroom had a sewerage smell which wasn’t great. Pool area

Breakfast excellent. Gym and pool area great. Staff lovely and very helpful. Rooms very clean. A few simple issues like no soap in the shower dispenser, light bulb by bed missing. Safe not working. All small things which should have been checked when the room was cleaned. Communal bar area was not very clean. Saw an old slice of lime on the floor by patio doors and it was still there the following morning. The breakfast tables were not clean underneath ( the centre leg) it is a nice hotel just needs a little more attention. Sound proofing very good.

We loved this hotel- room was spacious and very clean with lovely view over golf course. Nice bar and restaurant, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Easy parking. My only issue was the midgie insects around (like mosquitos) that seemed to find me several times in my room, and bit me all night. Such a small thing. My husband loved the gym and we had several swims and spas which is well run. Good location.

Large rooms with a massive TV. I don't know why it's so big. It would have been better if it was smaller but a smart TV. The shower was weak but it all looked fairly new. So I dont know why it is lacking power. The hotel is a good standard apart from the Spa changing rooms. It felt unclean and for some reason the men's changing area smelt like pee. The pie in the hotel restaurant was ok but not worth the £18 and the pub almost attached is very basic for food but all both gave wonderful service. All the staff where wonderful and the breakfasts buffet was good and in a nice setting where there was plenty of space and no overcrowding.

The room was absolutely spotlesss. What made the trip memorable was how every person was more than happy to go above and beyond to assist us, even with small things like proving water and warm cookies when we asked. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, 10000/10 customer service

An all-round great experience. I loved the spa facilities. Oh, and I especially liked the cookie on arrival.

Staff all lovely and helpful! Bit disappointing that in 2026 with streaming compatible TV’s in the room the hotel has disconnected the feature! Overall lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Doorstep to the cotswolds

We had problems with our shower, with broken handles, could not set the right temperature. The bathroom needs updating. On arrival, we were told they did I not have anything else available, which was not true. The Receptionist simply did not want to help…the staff at the Bar& Restaurant were very good & friendly. The food was very good 😊

Very handy location on the outskirts of Cheltenham the staff were very friendly and helpful room was spotless even though the hotel inside is showing its age gym and pool were fantastic breakfast was really good wide selection of food.
