Hotel great value for money, and well located for access to overland and Uber Boat. Room clean, well proportioned and decorated for our stay plus really quiet and dark so had a superb night's sleep! Loved the extra touch of the arrival cookies! Service from front desk faultless.

I like this hotel and always stay when in the area. I was given a larger room than normal, but it did smell of smoke. I was offered a room change, which I declined as I couldn't be bothered by this time to move. Housekeeping came up and sprayed the room and opened the windows.
Room had 2 x double beds and behind lift area so was nice and quiet, could do with a towel rail near to the vanity unit. Staff always pleasant.

Room was clean. Tea/coffee were not topped up for second night. Only one flannel in the room. Towels were replaced, despite your green policy, and that we folded and rehung them. Small things, but they take the edge off. Beds great, pillows great, washing products great.

The room wasnt serviced for four days, staff said they were too busy,, breakfast was like a bun fight, my wife got stuck in the faulty lift. The manager wasnt available until the day of departure. He offered us a 20% off our stay. We wont be going back to this hotel.

The shower was poorly maintained: the shower head and the base of the glass enclosure appeared unhygienic. Accessing the curtains required climbing over the single bed.
The hotel itself was adequate, and the reception staff were extremely helpful. Their knowledge of the overground and underground services was satisfactory. It was, however, not without shortcomings.
The hotel's location is off the beaten track; I would have preferred to be closer to the centre.
