Room was great! What stood out the most at Double Tree for me and my family were the Two wonderful and very helpful staff at reception ( Disha & Shamshad ). Every hotel in the world should have staff like them. They were so outstanding in their presentation at the front desk especially Disha, she helped us with all we needed to know about London and made our stay so sweet and memorable at Double Tree. We would go back to Double Tree in a Heart Beat💝. Thank you Disha!

The room was clean and everyone was very nice. Rooms were on the small side but we were there to see London not a hotel room. The area is very quiet. Highly recommended.

Very satisfactory breakfast with excellent service. However, at the bar the previous evening we had to wait 45 minutes for 2 bowls of soup - which was unsatisfactory. Also, we were told when booking in, that we had been upgraded to a luxury suite as it was a celebration of my wife's 60th birthday - but the room we received was only basic.

I left 4 hours after arriving The bathroom was dirty hairs everywhere shampoo and body wash smelt as if they have never been changed a bad smell !off like ! Hilton has definitely gone down hill make sure you bring your own toothbrushes and toothpaste I don’t leave you anything no slippers no dressing gowns one night £300 not worth it

Excellent hotel in a lovely quiet area, close to a train station, coffee shops and Tesco. Hotel meets usual standard you’d expect from a Double Tree! Would definitely stay again.
