The shower facility water pipe outflow was not through. Water was spread out of the tank after shower. Others are satisfied.

最初很滿意該酒店的環境和整潔….. 但令我感到意外的是…. 當我向reception counter要求支裝水（因為小朋友飲用，怕會水肚不服，而飲用支裝水應該比較安心點）…. Staff 竟然話我個package 唔包提供支裝水！一般酒店都基本上都會提供2支支裝水！很意外得知該酒店連提供基本的水都要視乎什麼package ! 這點已經令我對該酒店大大地打了折扣…真係有點失望！ 入住第一日我向朋友推薦….. 後來在第二天有了以的經歷，我即時通知朋友如果要book該酒店，要問清楚……否則不能提供基本的水時，一時之間真係好難喺附近買！

Very close to the overground station, friendly staff and good breakfast

員工服務態度非常好。酒店旁邊有一間很大的超級市場，有齊所有飲料，食品。多個巴士站在酒店旁邊，另overground 鐵路亦非常近，可以接駁underground鐵路去各區。

Great location, friendly staff. Everything we wanted from a Double Tree for our visit.

The staff where are very friendly and professional and we really appreciated the room upgrade. It was a very lovely gesture!

Good breakfast and restaurant. But there was no complementary bottled water in the room when we arrived. The towels are also not fresh.

Great location! The Uber boat was a short walk away. That provided multiple stops up the Thames all the way to the Tower Bridge. The taxi stand adjacent to the hotel provides easy access to transportation to Heathrow and sites around Kensington. The underground had a stop a short walk away too. Overall a very pleasant experience at the Doubletree!

Unterkunft war einigermassen sauber, wenn auch etwas ohne Liebe gepflegt. Aber im Grossen war es angenehm und das Frühstück war ordentlich.

Couldnt dins my payment when i checked in,even though my daughter paid in full a month before! Was woken in the morning at 9.00 am. Y the cleaner banging about and hoovering the next room 9.00 am!!!

Upon arrival there was no soao, shampoo (sink/shower) all bottles were empty and towels only for 2 people not for 3….reception however fixed it and next day all was in order and room spotlessly ckean sadly the following day housekeeping did not ckean very well…hotel as such is amazing in great and very convenient location so will definitely return as most staff is amazing and very helpful and breakfast also fantastic

very nice hotel, clean very comfortable bed only disappointment was the carpet was badly stained but other wise spotless, would of been a nice extra to have had some bottled water in the room.

A Pleasant Easter Stay Location: The hotel enjoys an excellent location along the River Thames. North End Road and Fulham Road, offering a wide range of local amenities such as shops, restaurants, and public houses, are accessible within approximately a 15‑minute walk. Imperial Wharf Overground station is located adjacent to the hotel, providing convenient access from Gatwick Airport. The Mildmay Overground line offers good connections to central London and other Underground lines. For shopping purposes, the Westfield shopping centre is located only a few stops away. A Tesco Express is situated next to the hotel, meeting basic daily needs. Additionally, several cafés and restaurants are located nearby, including the Weekday Market street food area. Service: The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. As we arrived early and departed late, we were graciously offered the opportunity to extend our stay in the room. The room was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The hotel also arranged a thoughtful birthday welcome for our daughter, who celebrated her birthday during our visit. Breakfast: The English breakfast provides a solid foundation; however, the selection is rather repetitive and may feel limited during a longer stay. The offering primarily includes eggs, sausages, beans, yogurts, cereals, and baked goods. Tea is served in a teapot, which is a pleasant detail. The hotel may wish to consider introducing greater variety in the main breakfast dish

water pressure is too low caused by the shower's problem. The shower room is open:- half by a rotating glass: seems dangerous to break the glass. opening shower space may feel a bit cold upon showing. Water will flow outside of the shower space when the drain pipe does not run well. Personally, shower room design is not perfect. Receptions and breakfast waiters served very well. Reception Nashid helped to change room twice to avoid the neighboring room made noises.
