Property was great! Hotel staff was very friendly

Just a one night stay, but absolutely fine, just what I was expecting

Nice location. Good value for money. Only thing letting it down was that there was only one lift working in the property and an early check in option would have been nice. Breakfast was excellent.

Great location by the river

Very far from the center and far from public transportation. No restaurants or cafes nearby. You end up paying a lot for taxi and uber.

Expedia lost our 1st day of stay at the Double Tree and the hotel had to scurry to find us a room that was smaller and less then what we paid for. Expedia did not answer the phone and the Double Tree found us a room after I threatened to find another Hotel that was a long cab ride again. Double Tree did their best I cannot recommend Expedia to anyone and will not use them again as I'm a frequent traveler. Overall rating of Expedia is poor. Thank you.

Good location for Chelsea Kings Road by UBER or 15 minute walk.

Great hotel and great location...room temperature fantastic winter or summer we stayed several times and will definitely return...however...few things to point out....breakfast service has slowed down and you have to wait for food or cleaning tables...milk on the floor etc...we had to ask for towels for 3 people were given only for 2 despite staying in room for 3 and same thing happened in the past....cards from room constantly not working despite us avoiding contact with any electronics such as mobile phones etc...there was a giant wet stain on the floor near bathroom stayed wet for 2 nights did not smell or anything and looked clean but still wasn't great...such a shame as all is down to service and that is sadly not improving rather the opposite

Friendly staff. Nice bar area and good drinks. Room was clean and and a good size. Air on was great as it was a very hot stay!!

Good side clean room. Took a while to check in as rooms weren’t ready despite being there 30 mins after check in time. Staff were friendly and location was great.

Good breakfast and restaurant. But there was no complementary bottled water in the room when we arrived. The towels are also not fresh.

Great location! The Uber boat was a short walk away. That provided multiple stops up the Thames all the way to the Tower Bridge. The taxi stand adjacent to the hotel provides easy access to transportation to Heathrow and sites around Kensington. The underground had a stop a short walk away too. Overall a very pleasant experience at the Doubletree!

Couldnt dins my payment when i checked in,even though my daughter paid in full a month before! Was woken in the morning at 9.00 am. Y the cleaner banging about and hoovering the next room 9.00 am!!!

Upon arrival there was no soao, shampoo (sink/shower) all bottles were empty and towels only for 2 people not for 3….reception however fixed it and next day all was in order and room spotlessly ckean sadly the following day housekeeping did not ckean very well…hotel as such is amazing in great and very convenient location so will definitely return as most staff is amazing and very helpful and breakfast also fantastic

very nice hotel, clean very comfortable bed only disappointment was the carpet was badly stained but other wise spotless, would of been a nice extra to have had some bottled water in the room.
