L’hôtel est un peu loin de la ville, mais très bien placé par rapport à la station de métro donc très bon choix

Room was clean and ready on arrival.

Very satisfactory breakfast with excellent service. However, at the bar the previous evening we had to wait 45 minutes for 2 bowls of soup - which was unsatisfactory. Also, we were told when booking in, that we had been upgraded to a luxury suite as it was a celebration of my wife's 60th birthday - but the room we received was only basic.

Excellent rooms, spacious and very comfortable.

La habitación y el baño no lo limpiaban, le cayeron a mi hija unas migas de pan en la moqueta y al día siguiente seguían allí… la habitación era para tres , pero solo teníamos 2 toallas de ducha y una de lavabo, cuando yo pagué una reserva para tres… y una toalla de lavabo para 3 no lo ponen en ningún hotel.

The room was very good, superb staff and ultimately a friendly experience.

Room was great! What stood out the most at Double Tree for me and my family were the Two wonderful and very helpful staff at reception ( Disha & Shamshad ). Every hotel in the world should have staff like them. They were so outstanding in their presentation at the front desk especially Disha, she helped us with all we needed to know about London and made our stay so sweet and memorable at Double Tree. We would go back to Double Tree in a Heart Beat💝. Thank you Disha!

The room was clean and everyone was very nice. Rooms were on the small side but we were there to see London not a hotel room. The area is very quiet. Highly recommended.

the hotel room doors are not adequate. slamming doors at midnight, after midnight and in the morning hours, does not give u the possible to have a proper sleep. extremely disturbing and disappointing.

Room very clean. Disha have us a cookie at reception which was great and followed it up with a message to make sure everything was ok with the Room. Excellent Service.

För att vara 4 stjärnigt hotell ansåg jag standarden inte leva upp till detta generellt. Gammal och direkt ful inredning , heltäcknings mattor . Allmänt ett klass 3 hotell absolut inte mer .

Allt man behövde

Queried the booking saying I had only booked a single room for one therefore given a small room meant for one.quite unpleasant took a £50 deposit of my card which was processed immediately. A part from that the stay was OK
