We stayed at this hotel expecting a 5-star experience, but it felt like only 2 stars.
There is no free towel service. We received one towel and, when we asked to change it because it was dirty, we were told we had to pay £5. The customer service was awful, especially from one female staff member who was rude, disrespectful, and impolite.
We also asked to leave our luggage at reception for a few hours, and they wanted to charge us for that as well, which felt very unreasonable.
The hotel advertises breakfast available, but it is not included and must be paid separately, which is not clearly explained. Room cleaning was minimal, they only took out the trash.
They advertise a game room, but there are no games, just a TV. There is no elevator, lots of stairs, and the view is unpleasant.
The only positive point is the location. Honestly, the only nice thing in the entire hotel is the reception area. Other than that, the hotel does not match its description or rating, and I would not stay here again.
