가격 위치 때문에 선택 많이 기대하지마세요. 불편합니다.

가격이 저렴하다는 점이 가장 큰 장점이고, 위치도 괜찮아요! 언더그라운드는 조금 멀리 있지만 바로 앞에 버스정류장이 있어서 이동이 간편했고, 테스코랑 편의점도 근처에 있어요 ;) 여성 4인 도미토리를 썼는데 방 안에는 정말 이층침대 두개, 창문, 세면대랑 쓰레기통만 있고 끝이에요. 락커가 1층에 있고 1회용에 2파운드라 그냥 방에 짐 두고 다녔는데 괜찮았어요! 침구는 직접 씌우는 방식이라 청결했고, 화장실/욕실은 청소가 바로바로 되진 않는 것 같지만 나름 괜찮았어요. 대신 샤워칸이 굉장히 간이형식에 안에 선반도 없어 불편해요! 체크인/아웃 과정은 간편했고, 조식이나 바는 이용을 안해서 모르겠네요! 전반적으로 가격을 고려하면 만족스러웠습니다:)

Very nice lounge, cafeteria and TV room. I could not imagine that hostel which equiped spacious addtional facilities in London.

환기 안되서 냄새 엄청 심하고 동네가 못 사는 동네라서 거지들 돈 많아서 한번씩 들어오기도 하는듯 냄새 장난 없어요

I stayed here for 3days with mother. Location is very good to access center of the city. However, we had very very bad experience that 'We made a reservation for double room with bath, however they gave us four bed sharing room even without bath which is much cheaper than double room. So I complained and asked to change, but they didn't say any single 'Sorry'. Even though we immediately moved to the double room, we really mad due to their attitude.

숙소바로앞에 버스정류장이있어서 왔다갔다하기 진짜좋았음 화장실도 막 붐비진 않았고 아 샤워실 물 잘빠져서 좋았음 건물이커서 사람도많은데 방음 1도 안됨 그리고 침대매트릭스가 허리겁나아픔 누우면 허리아파서 잠이안올정도

This hostel is near by Tower Bridge. And transfer is also easy. I was embarrassed when i go there first time. Because they don't say about how to open gate and gate password. So me and my friends can not enter that gate when someone go into gate. That was really bad thing to me. And they don't give socket to each person at 4 beds room. I think so this hostel is not bad.

12일 동안 장기투숙 했습니다. 침대 근처에 콘센트가 없는 것(있는 침대도 있음) 샤워하는데 좀 불편한 것 밤 늦도록 프랑스 학생들이 쿵쿵 뛰어대던거 빼면 좋았네요. 뭣보다 싸니까요 ㅎ

33인실에, 심지어 3층침대. 방안에는 충전가능한 콘센트조차 하나도 없어서 복도에 쪼그려 충전을 해야했음. 물론 저렴한 가격을 보고 예약을 했지만, 하루 숙박비 2만원도 아까웠음

Kein Föhn, Handtücher Toilettenpapier etc. Nicht wirklich sauber. Frühstück war leider alles andere als Britisches Frühstück, es gab nur Toast Brot mit Käse Aufschnitt und schinken. Leider wurde uns aufgrund fehlender Informationen in deren System das Frühstück verwehrt. Einzig positive war die Anbindung und die guten ÖVP Möglichkeiten.

Ne perdez pas votre temps sur cette auberge, ou seulement si vous êtes de passage une seule nuit. Dans la chambre il y a les lits une douche un toilette du papier toilette, une petite poubelle, un miroir et c'est tout. Il n'y a pas de petit meuble, la taille est de même qu'un cagibi. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir 30 degrés durant notre séjour mais très mauvaise expérience dans cette auberge où on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres et où la chaleur ne descend jamais sans ventilateur sans clim sans rien, c'était horrible. Les matelas font 5cm d'épaisseur donc horrible pas confortable du tout. Le tuyau de douche fuit, on entends des bruits de canalisation. On entends tout des voisins et surtout de la route juste en bas qui est une route principale, c'est énorme comme cela résonne. La chose qui sert de volet ne recouvre pas toute la lumière. Le petit déjeuner était une mascarade, quasiment rien à manger et surtout pas bon tout avait le goût de plastique. Le chocolat en poudre est mélangé avec du sucre, le jus d'orange est coupé et recoupé par de l'eau. Café soluble, pas de condiment chaud, enfin ils pourraient s'abstenir de fournir un petit déjeuner franchement. Trop de bruit, trop de chaleur, aucuns équipements, déjeuner médiocre, on était à l'étage 4 sans ascenseur sachant qu'il y a un étage supplémentaire donc en tout 5 étage. Expérience horrible qu'on ne recommencera jamais.

While the staff was helpful, the property was not very well maintained and there were little to no amenities. The light in the bathroom was out, there was visible dirt in the rooms, the bathrooms smelled of mildew, and you have to pay five pound to rent a bath towel. Overall, not terrible for the price, but very minor adjustments could greatly improve the quality of the stay.

Clean room with my own shower and a huge window to open. I think this property has so much potential but it’s lacking the right management and amenities. hostels should provide towels and free breakfast as we are struggling young adults trying to stay somewhere safe and clean. I was very happy with the room though so I’d like to stay again.

I booked a double room with a private shower for my son and me. During the booking process, I clearly stated that my son is 8 years old. The room shown in the booking confirmation was a nice room with a double bed, and the stay was prepaid. However, when we arrived, I was told that my son was not allowed to stay in that type of room, so they could not check us in. Instead, we were offered a very small and poor-quality bunk bed room — with no possibility of a refund. I find this unacceptable, especially since my son’s age was provided during the booking process.

Stinks on filthy floor. Staff not available to fix the hot water.Breakfast not available. No family for smallest room. Overly paid £160 for four days stay bothered by next door room. Won't recommend because I don't want to pay for illegal immigrants to enjoy a stay.
