Viajei com minha amiga e fomos muito bem atendidas. Únicos pontos negativos foi que nao há local para pendurar as coisas, ou uma mesinha. Tivemos que deixar os casacos no chão, junto com outras coisas. Uns armários aéreos não ocupariam espaço, e aumentaria a satisfação dos hóspedes. Subir muita escada também não foi agradável, um elevador deveria ser imprescindível. De resto, o quarto e demais dependências são muito limpos, a localização é otima, chuveiro quentinho e roupa de cama cheirosa. Colchão e travesseiro bons. E queria deixar um muito obrigada para o Willhan, Diego e a outra moça brasileira que nos atendeu muito bem, nos deixou a vontade, nos ajudou nas dúvidas, e tornou nossa experiência no hostel melhor.

This hostel was everything my husband and I needed it to be; a cheap, clean, nice place to stay in London. There’s even a bus stop right outside the building, so using public transportation was also easy and saved us a lot of money.

Staff were nice, other than that was pretty dire, I booked an 8 bed room and was put into a 10 bed, there was an en-suite but it had no toilet paper or hand soap or cold water so was pretty useless, was advertised as a plug and a reading light per bed, but were only 3 pairs of plugs and no lights

La habitación es muy pequeña, pero cómoda, lo malo es que no tiene elevador eh íbamos cargadas de equipaje, no hay mucho que decir, si solo la usaras para dormir y bañarte es una buena opción, ya que incluso caminando(unos 25 mins) llegas al centro y sino, el transporte pasa afuera del sitio.

Bunk bed was a total nightmare to get in to apparently being designed for prison use with a metal ladder with very thin rungs that caused acute pain to the bottom of my feet. Also staying in a four room dorm was a mistake as the three other users had stolen my bed as a luggage rack and had to get up to remove it when I arrived. Also they all got up together at 8am making it impossible for me to sleep on till 10pm. Bunk beds were also near impossible for a larger sized male to get in and out of due to unacceptably narrow opening to the torturingly uncomfortable metal ladder to reach the top bunk.

It was an okay stay. Great price for the location and being in London. The room was terribly small and the soundproofing was dreadful. We shared a floor with a group of students from France, and they spent multiple hours running around and shouting. We sent a complaint to reception, but nothing was really done.

Hotellet var fint med tanke på hva man betaler for. Veldig god beliggenhet med busstopp rett ved. Svært hjelpsomt og snilt personalet. Deilig med 24 timers åpen resepsjon. Rommet var rent, men ganske kaldt. Ellers ingenting å klage på

Personalet var det eneste som gjorde oppholdet ok, alle var veldig hyggelige. Når det kommer til alt annet var det ikke så bra. Vi var der nesten en uke, og på den tiden var det nesten ikke noe rengjøring av toalett. Hele bygget er veldig slitt, og noen ting ser nesten ut til å falle fra hverandre, for eksempel gelenderet til trappa og chippa speil på rommet.

There was a leak in the toilet, due to which water kept coming out in the room all night and the sweeper kept cleaning the water. I couldn't sleep all night, so I should get a refund.

This hostel is in a good location, but really needs some money spending on it. Very run down, lots of broken fittings and facing an extremely noisy road. I couldn't stay here again. It isn't even that cheap.

It's a nice place for singles to be when waiting for the next flight abroad. The only problem is if the people in the room are snoring, your night would be sleepless. If I'm back in London, I'll probably consider this my first option.

It was an okay stay. Great price for the location and being in London. The room was terribly small and the soundproofing was dreadful. We shared a floor with a group of students from France, and they spent multiple hours running around and shouting. We sent a complaint to reception, but nothing was really done.

Hotellet var fint med tanke på hva man betaler for. Veldig god beliggenhet med busstopp rett ved. Svært hjelpsomt og snilt personalet. Deilig med 24 timers åpen resepsjon. Rommet var rent, men ganske kaldt. Ellers ingenting å klage på

Viajei com minha amiga e fomos muito bem atendidas. Únicos pontos negativos foi que nao há local para pendurar as coisas, ou uma mesinha. Tivemos que deixar os casacos no chão, junto com outras coisas. Uns armários aéreos não ocupariam espaço, e aumentaria a satisfação dos hóspedes. Subir muita escada também não foi agradável, um elevador deveria ser imprescindível. De resto, o quarto e demais dependências são muito limpos, a localização é otima, chuveiro quentinho e roupa de cama cheirosa. Colchão e travesseiro bons. E queria deixar um muito obrigada para o Willhan, Diego e a outra moça brasileira que nos atendeu muito bem, nos deixou a vontade, nos ajudou nas dúvidas, e tornou nossa experiência no hostel melhor.

Personalet var det eneste som gjorde oppholdet ok, alle var veldig hyggelige. Når det kommer til alt annet var det ikke så bra. Vi var der nesten en uke, og på den tiden var det nesten ikke noe rengjøring av toalett. Hele bygget er veldig slitt, og noen ting ser nesten ut til å falle fra hverandre, for eksempel gelenderet til trappa og chippa speil på rommet.

There was a leak in the toilet, due to which water kept coming out in the room all night and the sweeper kept cleaning the water. I couldn't sleep all night, so I should get a refund.

This hostel is in a good location, but really needs some money spending on it. Very run down, lots of broken fittings and facing an extremely noisy road. I couldn't stay here again. It isn't even that cheap.

It's a nice place for singles to be when waiting for the next flight abroad. The only problem is if the people in the room are snoring, your night would be sleepless. If I'm back in London, I'll probably consider this my first option.

This hostel was everything my husband and I needed it to be; a cheap, clean, nice place to stay in London. There’s even a bus stop right outside the building, so using public transportation was also easy and saved us a lot of money.
