Lovely historic building. We stayed in a superior family room which had a super king sized bed and a large pull out bed. Bathroom was excellent with a large walk in shower. Only criticism I would have is that breakfast was meant to be from 6.30 until 9.30 - please consider changing this to 10 but also many food options had already gone and not replenished when I got down for breakfast at 9 am.

The property was okay ,clean ,staff were nice and helpful but I think you should have aBell Boy to help with the luggages especially with Seniors that stayed longer.I observed most people stayed there for only 1 - 2 nights for meetings / Conference and has only I or 2 small luggages,what about others that has more luggages ? Check out our daughter has to go downstairs to get luggage trolley so we can put all our luggages at one time In addition, our room was comforble except no drawers to put our stuff . Drawers were located so high up that you need a stool to get your things if you decide to put away your things.

Check in and out were so simple and straight forward. The staff at this hotel were amazing, i would love to mention one person but genuinely they were all superb. The room was nice and clean with a comfy bed and good shower pressure. I only ate at the hotel once and can say the food from the bar was really nice. Overall I will absolutely stay here again next time I am in Helsinki.

This was a beautifully maintained hotel. It is located next to the central rail station. Perfect location and easy to walk to most of the sights. The rooms were spacious, clean and the shower was hot and powerful. The breakfast selection was also very good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Although the hotel is rated 4 star, but the room amenities were very basic, even don’t have a simple coffee machine, only instant coffee with no kettle was provided. We booked our stay with breakfast included. However on our departure day, due to morning ferry departure we won’t be able to enjoy the breakfast at scheduled times in the hotel, a lady at the front desk said no worries, they could pack the breakfast for us to take out which is quite common practice for many hotels. However their promises were not materialized on our departure date. After completing our checkout, asking for our breakfast packages, they just pointed to their snack bar and said you can pick a sandwich and a cup of coffee for each person from the bar, without providing a bag and coffee cup holder to carry these items, we were shocked! We would not book again for next time in the area although the hotel is located in the middle of the city, walking distance to many highlighting sights.

The property is in a very convenient central location. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was very sumptuous. The room was very clean. Our room was facing the railway tracks. It was nice to see trains coming in and out with passengers loading and unloading. The only negative point was climbing a lot of stairs at the entrance. It is not senior friendly.
