Once is enough. It's probably suitable for people in transit, or if other hotels are full, as a last resort. The bathroom is muddy, doesn't drain, and smells of urine. The room is okay, but the pillowcases are wrinkled and stained, as if they've never been changed. Please also train the night receptionists. Security is good, and the morning receptionists are also friendly.

The deluxe rooms are much better than the standard rooms, as they're very small. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. It's just a shame the restaurant isn't open early and sometimes closes late on certain days, even though it should be open until the evening for guests' convenience.

The check-in and check-out staff were very nice, the security guard was very nice, it was close to a 24-hour Indomaret, the hot water was good, the AC was cold, the standard room was quite comfortable. There were plenty of power outlets so it was safe not to fight over charging your phone.
