Very disappointed. I booked a smoking room but was given a non-smoking one. There should have been confirmation that smoking wasn't available, not just a random offer. We had a great stay at Fave Hotel Solo Baru. The room was clean and spacious enough, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the drinking water refill station, which is a nice eco-friendly touch. The only downside was the soundproofing. Our room faced the main road, and we could clearly hear loud motorbikes racing at night, which made it difficult to sleep. If the hotel could improve the sound insulation or assign quieter rooms when possible, the stay would be even better. Overall, it's still a comfortable hotel and good value for money.

Very disappointed. I booked a smoking room but was given a non-smoking one. There should have been confirmation that smoking wasn't available, not just a random offer. We had a great stay at Fave Hotel Solo Baru. The room was clean and spacious enough, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the drinking water refill station, which is a nice eco-friendly touch. The only downside was the soundproofing. Our room faced the main road, and we could clearly hear loud motorbikes racing at night, which made it difficult to sleep.
