2nd time staying in this hotel! Please give my gratitude to Ichsan, Nadia, Joshua, and one other room service staff who handled my second order (I didn't catch his name). The bathtub in the Bulgari suite was big!! I'm tall and I can comfortably stretch out my legs! The food I ordered tastes good.

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days at this hotel. The place is good, I can see the Monas view from my room. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are super nice and really helpful. I will stay here again when I come to Jakarta. It’s very recommended.

The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant staff on the 10th floor was especially helpful during breakfast. Even though it was quite busy, the staff was very responsive, even though they were alone. This will probably be a good choice for future stays in Jakarta. Thank you.
