They have a kids club near swimming pool and my kid loved to play there while my wife enjoyed spa session which located next to kids club. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Belviu Hotel Bandung
This was not my first time stay in Belviu Hotel. My stay at Belviu Hotel this time was a bit disappointing due to cleanliness issues. I encountered a cockroach in my room. When I brought it to their attention, the front office manager offered a complimentary room upgrade for my next stay, showing their commitment to customer satisfaction, but couldn't provide a free room ( that would have been more appreciated) However, hopefully they will improve their pest control measures.
