My first time staying here. The kids had a great time swimming. The water wasn't too cold, and there was a hot tub in the corner for therapeutic purposes. There were plenty of slippery slides, so I was really happy. I stayed in the Kayu Kencana room. The room was very compact, not very large, but comfortable enough with cool air conditioning, complete amenities, and a plunge pool in the bathroom. Breakfast was quite tasty, and the menu was varied.

Maintain what's good. Always innovate and develop.

It was a great stay at Santika with its beautiful views of rice fields and mountains.

This hotel is underrated! It's strategically located, fully equipped, has both a kids' and adults' pool, and a fairly large playground. The food is also quite good, making it a great accommodation option in Garut.

A hotel with mountain views, a lake where you can play boats and ride ducks, a flying fox, and a heated swimming pool. The best view is in the morning. You can feed the adorable koi fish.

The place is cozy and kid-friendly, with its rabbit park and boat area, and the atmosphere is truly beautiful and cool. Kids will enjoy playing, and parents will also rest comfortably. 😍

Every staycation here feels like a second home. The resort staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. All the facilities have been well-maintained and maintained for decades, and are continually being upgraded. The rustic ambiance is beautifully presented, the food is of a high standard, and every corner is aesthetically pleasing. The views, morning, noon, and night, are the best among all Cipanas accommodations.

Room is beyond expectations, better than photo, location is very easy to reach, spacious and comfortable parking. The room service is top, the cuisine is okay too. Next trip will definitely come back again. 😇

The atmosphere is quite comfortable. The room is clean. I stayed in the Anggrek room. It's enough for two people. It's not very spacious, but it's comfortable enough for the price. The view from the room is really cool, directly overlooking the mountains, which is very calming. The staff and security are very friendly. Easy access. Thank you 🙏😇

Staying at Mercure Garut offers the added convenience of having Ramayana Prime shopping mall located right next door, making shopping and dining easy. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. While the check-in area can get quite crowded at times due to limited space, the experience is made much better by the attentive, friendly, and helpful staff who are always willing to assist. Breakfast comes with an extensive selection catering to a variety of tastes. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made juices and traditional jamu, which were refreshing, nourishing, and energizing. It was great to know that they were prepared with real fruits and spices without added sugar. The hotel is also conveniently located not far from Garut Station and has easy access to public transportation, such as angkot services just within walking distance. Overall, I would recommend Mercure Garut for its comfort, convenience, great service and dining experience.

This was my first experience in Garut. I stayed here for one night and met very friendly and helpful staff. The taste of the food at breakfast really suits my taste, the cleanliness of the room is good, the facilities such as the swimming pool and Wi-Fi internet are good and usable. I will visit again when I go to Garut.
