seperti Aston pada umumnya, cukup terjangkau dari segi harga tapi bapus. cuman yg di jember ini kayaknya agak kurang dr segi kedap suaranya. suara dr kamar sebelah, orang di lorong, semua kedengaran dari dalam kamar.

So far OK and need cleanliness for the bath room and room.

Cozy, quite, nice services full of smile, room very clean.

Not for family because their room supposed to be non-smoking but actually smells cigarette smoke all over the room.

This was my first time staying at Java Lotus Hotel in Jember, and overall, it made a strong impression. I would consider it the second-best hotel in Jember, right after Hotel Aston. The location is very strategic—right in the city center and within walking distance of many points of interest, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good amenities and hygiene standards. The breakfast options were varied and satisfying. The rooftop swimming pool is a highlight, offering a great view of the city of Jember. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was not very reliable. It frequently disconnected, making it a bit challenging to work online. That said, I would still recommend Java Lotus Hotel as a solid option for both business and leisure travelers in Jember.

The staff are so friendly, but the last time I stayed here, I was booked a room on the first floor, but they gave me the second floor. My mistake is I wasn't complaint. If someday I have plan to stay, I'll definitely complain if they give me the wrong one.

Bad impression for me. First, the suite room is rain leak, the interior not well maintained. Too much furniture that has started to break. Even there was a Spider-Web above the curtain and anthill in cupboard 🤦🏻‍♂️

Good Homestay Places both Bussines or Holidays agendas

Its a nice simple hotel with reasonable price located in the city. Good and clean room, good food for breakfast. The restaurant for breakfast a bit small, need be patient.

The sound of the road (vehicles) was noisy and we woke up when an accident happened. The television was not working well, the hot water was not working well in the bathroom, and the water closet was broken.
