The hotel is overdue for a renovation. The towels provided to customers are unsuitable, many of which are torn and don't absorb water. The bathroom smells and there are lots of small cockroaches in the room. The breakfast is lacking in variety, even though it's quite expensive for a 3-star hotel. Check-in is at 3 p.m., which is incredibly slow. Please fix this.

So far, this hotel is actually good considering the price. Cleanliness is so-so. The only notes I have are about the Wi-Fi, which doesn't reach the room at all, and the AC is completely useless. It's actually colder outside than in the room. Besides that, there was a cockroach in the room at night :( I hope the hotel maintenance is better.

Room cleanliness needs to be improved. There were no towels in the room, and I went downstairs to ask for them at the front desk. The receptionist said they were out of stock due to laundry issues. An hour later, towels were delivered to the room. I recommend that hotel management pay more attention to room cleanliness, especially the bathroom. I hope this helps. Thank you.

Very good for those who enjoy urban holidays, close to Pasar Baru, Chinatown, etc.

The location is very strategic because it is in the city center.

The hotel is quite good, close to the shopping center.

The room wasn't very clean, and some of the amenities were seriously lacking. The soap and shampoo were replaced; they didn't smell good at all. The bathroom trash can was rusty and ugly, and it couldn't be opened with a step. The bathroom door was a bit oddly designed; when you opened it, it hit the shower door. The TV had a bad picture, probably a signal issue.

We stayed on the 3rd floor. The room was dirty, with two small cockroaches. The bathroom smelled and wasn't cleaned properly; the sink was cracked, and the toilet hadn't been flushed. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The hotel room door was broken (though I eventually got a new room with a door that wasn't broken). The towels were worn, torn, and smelly. There were small cockroaches. The hot water wasn't hot. Overall, it wasn't great for that price. If it were 200, then so be it.

Hopefully, in the future, the issues of bathroom waste and breakfast food will improve. Best of luck.

The overall quality of the facilities is good, except for a slight drawback in the bathroom, where the water is a bit difficult to drain. Hopefully, the TV will be replaced with an Android TV soon to keep up with the times.

The location is very strategic near the city center and culinary spots of Bandung.

Hi, I wrote this review so that it can change for the better 😊. The staff is friendly, the hotel lobby is comfortable and fragrant, the lobby is also safe and clean, but sorry for the room I give 2 out of 5. The value of 2 is only for the room according to the request and has a water heater. The rest, sorry, the room should be "renovated". Found a lot of baby cockroaches because the wood is rotten, the cleanliness of the mattress is also time to be replaced with a new one, there are lots of black mold spots due to humidity in the bathroom, lots of "crust" under the sink. It's a shame because the location is strategically close to the mall, food street, and station. 🥺 I hope the management reads my review, because I seriously state that this hotel is time for renovation. Because people who want to go to the hotel want to rest comfortably. I hope my review helps. Thank you.

The room was dirty, there was hair on the pillowcase, I don't know if it was changed or not, there were lots of small cockroaches in the room, I didn't check in and immediately checked out after seeing the room. Hopefully, the cleanliness will be maintained next time, the location is strategic, but the cleanliness is still very lacking.
