This is a great hotel and the location (right opposite the train station) meant it was central and easy to get around. Most of the tours also started from outside the front door, which was a real plus point. The rooms were clean, had air conditioning and the staff were very knowledgeable if you needed any assistance. I had the continental breakfast, which can be ordered to your room, which was delicious. Overall, I'd say this was very good value for money.

We only stayed for a night and room was ok and staff friendly however it was like a building site with exposed plaster board etc. It’s hard to properly review as we literally slept there the left early for our flight. They did leave a lovely gift for our son in the room which was nice. Hotel is super convenient to the station which is why we booked it but doesn’t have much atmosphere

The room was clean, the staff were very helpful and the room had good air conditioning. The staff tried to get us in early and they did manage to get a room ready for 2.30 pm. The room was great and we settled in quickly. Then we noticed a leak in the bathroom. We called reception and they sent up a maintanence person relatively quickly. It turned out the leak was more problematic and they offered us another room. We moved again to another good room. If something like this happened in North America, the hotel would offer something complimentary to make up for the disruption. No offer was made. The staff were very helpful so we didn't feel like complaining. Otherwise no complaints about the hotel.

After arriving at the train station in Naples (Naples Centrale) we were ready to get to our hotel. The train station was sort of chaotic. It was hot. There were people everywhere. We stepped outside and right there was the hotel. Easy to transport our luggage to. It wasn't the most expensive hotel in the area. Actually, I thought it was kind of inexpensive for what I got. But to top it all off, it was very nice. A/C worked good. Nice bedroom. Good breakfast. People were friendly. A wonderful location. I highly recommend it.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay in Napoli that is right next to the central station. As expected outside the hotel, it is extremely crowded, but we did not venture out since we stayed there for a quick overnight stay and checked out early in the morning.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Starhotels Terminus. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and the location directly across from Napoli Centrale is incredibly convenient for travelers. There was some light construction during our stay, and we weren’t able to get an early check-in, but the staff was friendly and thoughtful. We especially appreciated the gifts they gave our kids, which was a very kind gesture. The shower heads could use an update, but everything else met our expectations. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Naples.

The hotel is by a busy train station and in a not so nice part of Naples. That said, we felt safe and walked down to a nice restaurant for a late dinner. It was perfect since we left early by train the next morning. I would stay again if in Naples.

The staff were very helpful. They helped me process a change with Expedia, which was complicated but we got it done. They were friendly and tried to accommodate our needs. The hotel and our room were very clean. The air conditioning worked very well especially in a very hot Naples. Even though some see the area near the Central train station as sketchy in patches we appreciated the convenience and the full view of the city of Naples. It is a beautiful classic old hotel which is impeccably maintained.
