The staff now is better than the previous one I stayed at. They really try their best to explain to us in English despite our language barrier. Location is really near Hakata Station!

The location of this hotel is excellent. Cross the road and you're already in Hakata Station, along with a few shopping malls directly connected to the station. We did a lot of day trips when we were in Fukuoka, so the location is very ideal for us. The room was spacious for Japanese standard and was fairly clean. Laundry amenities were available in 2 locations, and we did not have to wait long to get our laundry done. They give all sorts of amenities, including bath salts that you can use to soak your feet in. Overall really happy with our stay here.

Behind Yodobashi Hakata, in a quiet area, close to Hakata Station. Helpful reception staff. Having a microwave and washing machine in the room is a big plus so you can wash clothes every day.

The room was spacious as we booked luxury double and twin room. Facilities are in good condition. Reception is very helpful and nice. Location is great, just a few hundred metres to Hakata station.

Perfect location in Tenjin Area! Within walking distance to Tenjin Station. The staff were friendly, the room was big for the 3 of us. Very recommended!

The rooms are very clean, the breakfast menu is complete, and the area is very close to Hakata Station. It's a comfortable place to stay with family.

Perfect location, onsen is the additional point. Bed was very comfortable too. Recommended for single traveler.

The stay at Hakata was warm, clean, and felt safe. The rooms might be a bit small for accommodating several large suitcases, but the cleaning service was done daily. The staff were polite, and they helped arrange a taxi for our return trip. We didn’t have breakfast during this trip. It was a family trip with parents and a child, and the bed was somewhat narrow for three people to sleep together. However, the location was convenient, not too far from Hakata Station, making it a recommended option. Around the hotel, there were 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson stores. Additionally, there was a 24-hour restaurant next to the hotel with very delicious food.

This is my 2nd time staying at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Hakata Reisen PREMIER, and I truly love this hotel. The location is excellent, conveniently situated near both Hakata and Kawabata, making it easy to explore, shop, and find good food nearby. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which makes the stay even more pleasant. Housekeeping is also top notch—the room is always kept very clean and comfortable. Amenities are well provided, and everything needed for a comfortable stay is available. Overall, it is a hotel I can confidently recommend, and I will definitely return again on my next trip to Fukuoka.
