Tokyu Stay Ginza

This was the best deal for staying in Tokyo. Despite how small the room was, it had everything including a laundry machine, a great bathroom, and was large enough for all of our luggage. Very clean and comfortable! Would stay here again!

It was a nice, clean room, centrally located. It had a good size, and I liked that it had a washer and dryer in the room. I wish it offered breakfast though.

I booked this hotel solely for the in unit washer and dryer. Unfortunately, the twin rooms didn’t have this option. However, I stayed at the Kyoto location and it did so this was surprising. Staff only offered an exorbitant price to use one in another room. I went to a laundromat and spent less than an hour and 1/3 of the price quoted. I wish I had booked another property.

The hotel is convenient has washer and dryer. In a very good location however the hotel rooms need maintenance and carpet needs to be cleaned.

The hotel was in the best location: Close to public transportation and walkable distance to many restaurants, department stores and convenience stores. The hotel and our room were very clean and the room was spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Extremely convenient: The in-room washer/dryer. Luggage transport service and coffee in the lobby.

Just enough room for 1 traveler. Clean with nice window view. Washing machine in the room was definitely a plus. Staff were friendly and spoke English. Highly recommended.

Hotel location was convenient to places in the city and transportation. Our room was so small that I ended up having to paying more to upgrade our room. We had six luggages- 4 check ins and 2 carry ons and felt so claustrophobic. The larger room was more spacious and had a kitchenette. I appreciated the laundry machine in the room. The thing that threw me off was that they charge you for housekeeping if you want your bed made. Limited housekeeping of towels and trash was free. Also the go karts pass through the street of the hotel, so it is a bit loud.

The location was great. Room was clean and the staff was helpful. What more can you ask for?

I had a wonderful stay at Tokyu Stay Ginza. The room was comfortable, but what really stood out were the little luxuries—the shower head, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all from Refa. It made getting ready each morning feel like a spa experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and communicated clearly in English, which I really appreciated. The highlight, though, was the free Air Luggage transport from Haneda Airport. Our bags were delivered straight to the hotel, which meant we could start exploring Tokyo immediately after landing without dragging heavy luggage around. Such a stress-free way to begin the trip. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone who values convenience and quality details.
