This is our second time staying here, and once again, it did not disappoint. My parents especially love this place because it is so comfortable. My father was particularly fond of the sofa—he even joked that he did not want to leave it! That alone says a lot about how relaxing the room is. The breakfast spread was reasonable and satisfying. One highlight was the made-to-order roti canai, which is quite rare to find in hotels. It was freshly prepared and delicious. I also loved the sunny side up eggs. The chef cooked them perfectly, with a beautifully runny yolk. Our room had a spectacular view and was spacious enough for our whole family to feel comfortable. The amenities were good and everything was well maintained. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and everyone in the family was happy. We would definitely come back again.

AC Hotel is top notch in terms of customer care. I was more than comfortable here during my stay. The breakfast was good and the location is great. There is a complimentary shuttle that took us to Queensbay Mall and back. Grab car service is regular so I could get around Penang conveniently. Wishing them the very best!

Hotel new and very clean. Staff very friendly. Room very clean and cool. Breakfast generous and everyday menu different, everything was delicious. Sure will stay here again when come back to Penang.

The room is very convenient and beautiful interior. Thank you AC Hotel team, especially Manager Koh, Ms. Shini, and a few others that helped to arrange postage for the item that I left in the room during check-out. I really appreciate the help.

Very good deal for 3 bedrooms apartment. There are also 3 bedrooms. Rooms are clean and spacious. Close to the biggest mall in Penang and nearby the airport. It's recommended!

The only problem is lately the air cond is not cold even though we have set the thermostat to 16°C. Please maintain the aircond units properly. Please don’t control the settings from your control room to 24°C. We have paid for the room and some of us love 16°C.

The 3 bed suite we stayed was a bit tired, with frayed couches, wobbly tap fittings, average building quality, noisy air conditioner, and surprisingly no fridge in the apartment. We asked to move which was happily accommodated, and chose a 2 bed suite which had a better view, a fridge, and thankfully a quieter AC unit. The kitchens in both apartments were locked off, so there is no cutlery or sink. The pool was nice, but green around the edges. Overall it was a comfortable stay, but probably not at the standard I was expecting for the Marriott brand.

I didn’t like the breakfast buffet, it caters to local Malays & Chinese. Also, within walking distance I couldn’t find a good clean restaurant. I liked the fact that they have a shuttle to Queensberry mall, which is a happening place. And the hotel is close to the airport. These facts makes this hotel good value for money.

- Friendly and helpful staffs (Reception and housekeeping). - Not sure whether my booking was entitled for breakfast or not. During checked-in i was told that include breakfast but our room was not in the list at the restaurant. - Very near to Kayu Original Nasi Kandar (walking distance). - Room is very big, spacious and clean. Suitable for family of 5 with children. Exceed my expectation.
