The location was excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. The low price was also a plus. The room was what you'd expect for the price, but the staff were very kind, and I would like to stay here again. Thank you.

There were five of us, two adults and three children. The room was very spacious, with a bedroom with a queen bed, a pull-out sofa bed, and a sofa bed. There was a washing machine so we could do laundry, a microwave, and a stovetop. The amenities were complete. Highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at Hotel Royal Signature was outstanding from start to finish. The Executive Suite (got a room with a view of 118 Tower), Executive Plus, and Executive King rooms were modern, spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, delivering true 5-star comfort. The executive lounge was another highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere and excellent facilities. A special mention goes to the thoughtful honeymoon setup arranged in the Executive King room, which created a memorable and romantic experience for the newlyweds. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. Every staff member was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. Special thanks to Arif (Reservations), Justin and Amir (Reception), and Pei (Executive Lounge) for their exceptional service and attention to detail. The only area with room for improvement would be the buffet breakfast and in-room dining menu. While the selection was decent, we felt the overall taste and quality of some dishes could be enhanced to better match the hotel's otherwise exceptional 5-star standards. Overall, we highly recommend Hotel Royal Signature for family gatherings, celebrations, special occasions, or a luxurious city stay. We look forward to returning.

A truly satisfying stay at Furama Bukit Bintang! The location is top-notch, just a short walk to Berjaya Times Square. Transportation is also very easy, so getting around the city is hassle-free. Most impressive is the spacious room size for a very affordable price. Excellent value for money for those looking for comfort in the city center without breaking the bank!

The room is quite spacious, quite clean, the view is really nice, access to Alor is easy, just cross the road. What we liked most was that access doesn't require a key, just use the barcode 👍. Security is also safe. The kids really liked the swimming pool, the water is clean, spacious, and the view is beautiful. Everything was okay and fun.

All the hotel staff were very helpful, the room was clean, the TV worked, the shower was okay, easy access to the Pasar Seni LRT (just a short walk), lots of legendary food around the hotel, close to Central Market and Petaling Street. It was a pleasure!

Comfortable hotel located in front of a mall so it's easy to get basic necessities. It is also near an LRT station so it is easy to navigate to places. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The hotel's location is strategic and quiet, between Chinatown and Bukit Bintang. Near KK minimarket and 7Eleven, also Plaza Rakyat LRT station. It has a drop off area so it's safe to get on and off Grab. The room is very clean and well-maintained, with a bonus of getting a direct view of the Merdeka 118 tower. The bathroom is clean, the water heater works well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was allowed to check in early because there were rooms available. The staff are very friendly. Check-in and check-out were very fast. The room is very large and clean. My 5 days in KL were very comfortable. Bukit Bintang and Alor are very close, and finding food is very easy. The gym and pool facilities are excellent. I will definitely come back to stay here again. 👍❤️
