The rooms is clean and the bed was very comfortable. Almost all the staff were friendly and accommodating except for some few who were not interested in helping us. I love the the location of the resort. Breakfast was top notch. I would definitely go back in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were also friendly and accommodating.
The only minor issue was that the air conditioning wasn’t as cold as we would have liked. I hope this receives some attention, as a cooler room would make the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable for guests. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed in the tree house villa, well worth the price the views were amazing , they cleaned it twice a day, they baked cookies everyday and brought it to us, we had our own butler who could be called anytime. They were super nice and very helpful everywhere. Overall best vacation I’ve ever had

The staff was exceptional! The rooms and the entire facility were very clean. Despite its size, there were very good opportunities for privacy. The food and the variety were extremely good. I was able to relax very well during the week.

Cannot fault this resort for anything. From the minute we landed at the airport till the end everything was nothing less than a dream. The location the friendly staff, the room, the beach and pool was immaculate. The breakfast was probably one of the best buffets. Honestly would definitely return one day! Thank you shangri la for an unforgettable honeymoon

unlike its counterpart in Edsa Manila this unit was chalk to cheese . On arrival we were upgraded by a most pleasant Asst Manager and throughout the stay the staff could not have been more helpful. The Manager was clearly in control and professionalism shone throughout the entire complex. We would highly recommend

View from Villa 30 was underwhelming. No direct view to beach, could only view the sea. That was the onloy downside to the experience overall. The villa was exceptional and very clean. Personnel were top-notch - as expected and delivered!

The villa with pool and gazebo was not good. The monkeys had overtaken the area and I count enjoy a serene soak in pool let alone be outside of villa and enjoy. There were 10 to 15 monkeys who would not go away Each day I told staff about the nuance. They just told me not to fed them. I never fed them. The big monkey was staring me down as I was inside villa. The monkeys won 8 to 0. I never relaxed at the villa. They did not even acknowledge that it was extraordinary they just said the villa is next to monkey area. They did not even have a way of getting rid of them. Not pleasant.
