Just not my kind of hotel. Room is cramped. Decor was like a spaceship. Shower and toilet cramped and made of glass. Frosted but little privacy. Bed up against the wall so one person has to climb over the other to get out. Property was clean but really relaxing.

Nice hotel in a central location. Staff were welcoming and helpful and the room was really comfy and clean. Breakfast had all the essentials and the coffee was good. I would stay again if in the area.

This is a gem, located in the old town, Zürich. You can walk anywhere from here, including the lake. The hotel lobby is fantastic with a 24 hour coffee bar. Rooms are immaculate- The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in… Really cool "smart room" using an iPad. You can control the blackout drapes and the lights. For the money this is a no-brainer. Right off the Bahnhoffstrasse - Main Street.

Excellent hotel just steps away from Old Town Zürich. Chic contemporary design, comfortable room, super friendly staff. Beautiful lounge with work stations and well stocked bar that serve food. Great location, easy access to shops, restaurants and transportation. Highly recommended!

It was nice to grab a bottle of water and an adult beverage from the bar and sit outside at the end of the evening to relax.

I always enjoy staying at Citizen M for my solo trips! This one is centrally located. Rooms were clean. Staff were extra friendly. The lobby was social during the evenings.

good hotel and clean

The room is very small and the bed is against the wall so one person has to climb over the other. The air conditioning was poor.it was clean though.

My stay at CitizenM Zurich was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is modern, stylish, spotless, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single team member I interacted with was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. They always greeted guests with a smile, were happy to answer questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Their positive attitude and attention to detail created such a warm and inviting atmosphere that it felt like being welcomed by friends rather than checking into a hotel. The rooms are smartly designed, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the technology throughout the hotel is intuitive and fun to use. Combined with the exceptional customer service, CitizenM Zurich offers a memorable experience that exceeds expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich. Adorable hotel in Zurich. Close to trams and walking distance from the train station Rooms were very clean, and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was worth the extra penny…so fresh and delicious. Only negative thing was the club music that lasted for hours. Other than that, I would stay here again.

From check in to check out the staff, facilities, amenities and location were excellent. Friendliness was the main theme. Each and every staff member was happy, gracious and enthusiastic about ensuring our stay was a success. Breakfast and dinner were great and the servers were top notch. Bar was fun with soccer matches on the TV. 5 star example of Swiss Efficiency and Hospitality. Happy Cows were an added bonus.

The room was modern, well kept, and very clean. The hotel was walking distance to the main station, old town, and shopping area. Our favorite part was that it had air conditioning

Excellent location

The room was modern, clean and well maintained. The bathroom area was somewhat disjointed and small. The modern way the facility was maintained with pads to request service and housekeeping did not work. When we requested our room to be made up and towels exchanged it did not happen, yet the computer showed we did request it. I'm not sure if it was electronic request or human error. The hotel was conveniently located a mere 5-10 minute walking distance from the train station and old town with lots of eating options. Zurich is not a town for the budget minded traveler unless you are willing to eat fast food.

All good except no kettle in the room.
