14:00 check in. 14:05 arrive at the door, staff said the room door is broken and cannot be repaired. Request to change to another room 2-3km away. If not changed, refund. With an apology. If asked, staff said the guest just checked out at 13:00 so "we are planning to contact to support" the next guest???
Spending money to get angry. If not changing the room, the home will refund the money and then wander around the streets. What's the point of booking in advance? What's the point of paying in advance. It's also the weekend so all the rooms are full. It's like forcing customers.
Choose this place because of the convenient location and then force customers to change to another facility.
Not to mention moving to the new room has a few more problems...
Home needs to review its operations.
