Master Lu Weiquan, the master of Weilu Shunde cuisine, taught dim sum making techniques. Master Lu learned from Feng Man, the founder of Fengcheng Restaurant, and made traditional Shunde dishes. After becoming a restaurant chef, he went to the UK to study hotel and catering related knowledge, which enabled him to develop his superb cooking skills and high standards for food.
