Alor Setar Airport, officially Sultan Abdul Halim Airport (AOR), is the airport for Kedah in northern Peninsular Malaysia. It stands in Kepala Batas, in the Kubang Pasu district, roughly 13 to 15 km from Alor Setar town. This Kepala Batas is the Kedah one, not the town of the same name in Penang. The airport is run by Malaysia Airports and serves Kedah and its neighbouring states from a single passenger terminal that handles domestic flights.
