Can I refund a specific passenger if my booking includes more than one person?

Yes, it’s possible to request a refund for only one specific passenger in a multi-passenger booking. However, whether this is allowed depends on the airline’s refund policy.

How to check if a specific passenger can be refunded in your booking

First, you need to open your e-ticket that you want to refund via the Bookings menu in Traveloka and tap the Refund section. Once you’re in the refund page, scroll down to see whether a partial refund (for a specific passenger) is allowed—this information will be shown as in the image below.


 

What if my booking does not allow a partial refund for specific passenger(s)?

If the airline does not allow refunds for specific passengers, you may only be able to request a refund for all passengers in the booking.
