Your PayLater balance will only appear in your account once the refund process is complete or after you’ve made your installment payment. If the refund is still being processed, the balance will not be visible yet.

Since refund durations can vary depending on each airline’s timeline and policy, you may need to wait a little while for the balance to reflect in your account.
