Exe Prisma hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had also purchased a half board and the food was absolutely excellent! Would definitely recommend and if I return to Andorra de la Vella, I will for sure return here again.

We had a lovely stay in a very large room. Very comfortable and clean. Good location. Parking is 20€ extra per night.

Property was we situated in an area that was easy walkable to shopping and restaurants. Clean and nice staff. Breakfast buffet had a very nice selection.
A/C was not working very well, reported situation twice but even with repair not very cool. Center of hotel is completely open so you can see from the lobby to the top floor, this also means the sound is free to travel....at times it felt like the people in the lobby were in our room.
Parking garage is fine for small cars. We had to switch to an outdoor lot to better accommodate our rental vehicle size.

Our room smelled like cigarettes. Very strong! Couldn’t sleep all night. Told the receptionist. She said that she will contact the other room where they were smoking. I was disappointed that they didn’t offer to give us a different room. Just a sorry for your convenience!

Very nice hotel in a quiet area of the town but still very close to the main shopping stretch. Staff was very friendly and spoke some English which was unexpected. Room was quite large and very clean. It had a separate room with bunk beds for kids and a separate bathroom. The on-site parking needed to be paid for which was unfortunate and the garage itself was extremely small and difficult to maneuver even in my tiny rental car. Definitely would stay there again and recommend it to others.

This was a “free” night. The receptionist who greeted me was far from welcoming. The family ahead had their bags carried on a bell trolley, I was merely directed to my room.
The room was a huge family room, 2 bunks, a double bed and 2 bathrooms. It was tired, certainly not to 4* standards. I felt it a totally inappropriate room to give to a solo woman booking last minute. It reminded me of society’s expectations upon me. I could just as easily have been escaping a violent partner, I may then serve as another lesson in guilt. Most likely, it was given to me because of the tired condition of the fixtures and fittings and that I wasn’t a paying customer. I collected my tokens like others! And it meant I had no intention of paying for the breakfast, room service or any other discretionary purchases.
The next morning I was woken by housekeeping, well before checkout time. The electricity then went out in my room. The receptionist that recoded my keycard so that I could shower was at least charming and helpful.

Great location. A walk to the main mall. In fact the town is very easy to walk around. Staff at the front desk were very helpful with suggestions of where to eat and what to do. Wifi/internet is slow in the room

Competent hotel close to everything you'd want to see or do in Andorra. Smart family rooms, good staff, decent parking (17 Euro a day). Large rooms, newer building although the furnishings in the rooms could use a little bit of updating.
BUT, they actually give you free water and juice in your room. Can you believe that? A hotel that doesn't want you to pay 9 Euro for the bottle of Evian they shrewdly place in your room every day? Full disclosure, this may have biased my ratings to the upside a tiny bit.

This was a great choice for our one nights stay in Andorra. The lady at reception was excellent and spoke very good English. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the rooms that had 2 bathrooms and a separate room with bunk beds for our kids. The location was good to visit the shops and there is ample parking in close vicinity.
