My parents loved staying at Imagine Marco, we got the level 37 and had a stunning view of the south side of Melbourne, the cleanliness is maintained, and the staff were friendly, for a great value!

It was clean, check in was easy although (not their fault) I got in early so they had no option for me but to wait around for 6 hours until check in and I was so jet-lagged so I wished that there was something that could be done about that in the future. Otherwise the amenities were good, the rooms were comfortable and affordable considering the season. It’s right in the CBD so close to many of the things one would need, with a Woolies right across the street. I got to use the gym in the mornings and that was good. It’s small but okay because it was never crowded although the bathroom was flooded that one time I wanted to use the bathroom. It’s genuinely a nice place and I would recommend.

Spent six nights and was upgraded to an 2brm executive apartment. Found it noisy on the first night but didn’t notice any noise the following night and for the remaining of our stay. Clean and spacious. TV in second room didn’t work but wasn’t bothered. Location is great and nearby supermarket and local eatery. Staff were friendly and very professional. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

I checked in and when i got to the room the second bedroom was locked. I called down to reception and was told someone would be there within 15 minutes. I waited 45 minutes and had to get ready to attend an event so had to leave. On the way out I let reception know that the room was still locked. I returned at 9pm to find that the room was STILL locked. I was very unimpressed, i went to reception and insisted that someone come with me to unlock it immediately. The duty manager who accompanied me back to the room tried to tell me they had upgraded my room type and I told them they hadnt, up until that point I had a one bedroom not a two bedroom apartment. I paid for two bedrooms. The reception staff were lovely but were really let down by this issue. Apartment was okay but i would not stay here again due to the hassle and inconvenience.

Also the shower didn’t drain well or contain the water well and it would leak on the bathroom floor. You could see previous water damage on the floor in the bathroom and in the hallway. But overall we enjoyed our stay

Check in was slow, only one person at Reception. Booked a 2 bed apartment and one of the rooms was locked. Was waiting for someone to come and unlock it but no one came before we had to go out, so we were all trying to get ready in the one small bedroom. Had to remind them at reception when we were leaving
