호주 관광 및 출장을 가시기에 트램존과 거리도 적당하고 바로앞에 큰 식품매장이 있어서 매우 편리합니다.(아시아 마트도 있습니다.) 숙소 크기도 크고 침대도 커서 매우 만족했습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절했습니다.

넓고 깨끗했습니다, 33층에서 보는 야경과 바다는 환상적이었습니다, 그러나 룸 청소는 직원에 따라 극과극이었습니다, 사용한수건을 여기저기 그냥 널어놓고 나가고 쓰레기통도 비우지 않는등, 불쾌한 경험도 했지만.전반적으로 좋은 숙소입니다

매우깨끗.넓은객실.주방조리도구 세탁기 모두 새것이고 깨끗함.얼리체크인도 해주고 업그레이드도 해줌.위치도 크라운호텔 바로 뒤라 걸어다니고 트램타기 좋음.

객실이 청결하고 무료트램지역까지 도보로 이동가능해서 좋음.주방 세탁기 모두 깨끗함.직원분도 친절함.

체크아웃시간을 잘못전달받아 12시에 퇴실을 했는데 당시에는 괜찮다고 해놓고 막상 카드를 확인해보니 20달러 상당의 돈이 출금되어있네요. 전화해보니 20달러비용을 내야한다고 갑자기 우기는 호텔직원들..다시는 가지않을겁니다. The employee at the hotel made us uncomfortable. Actually we didn't check out on time but that was because they provided wrong information. When we checked out , they said that we were fine we don t need to pay any extra fee but it turns out 20dollors on my account is gone. I'm really unsatisfied with there service

케언즈부터 동쪽해안따라 브리즈번 골코 시드니이렇게돌았는데 멜버른숙소인 이매진마르코가 최고였습니다 비록사우스뱅크에 있지만 멜버른은 프리트램하고 프리투어버스덕에 많이걷지도 않아서 숙소를 사우스뱅크에잡았는데도 부모님과 잘걸어다녔습니다~ 사우스뱅크가 밤엔조용해서좋습니다

건물 자체도 고급지고 깔끔한데 객실 또한 깔끔하여서 좋았어요 다만 샤워실 수압이 낮아요

The place was clean and staff were helpful and courteous However the noise from the freeway outside was a nuisance and you could not use the balcony because of this.

We have stayed at Imagine Marco in Southbank before and previously had a great experience, which is why we chose to return but unfortunately, this stay fell far short of expectations. The room was poorly maintained. We paid extra for a sky-view room, but the window glass was cracked, the walls were badly scuffed with poorly patched holes, and both the cupboards and floors were dirty. The lounge and carpet in the living area were visibly worn and unclean. The balcony, which should have been a highlight given the stunning view, was also dirty and not properly serviced. The gym was clean and well looked after, however the pool area was very disappointing. There were cigarette butts and beer bottles in the pool, despite it being a shared guest facility. We were told the pool was heated, but it was freezing cold. The poolside lounge chairs were also dirty and covered in bird droppings. Additionally outside the hotel there was trash everywhere in the parking lot and outdoor bins were overflowing. This stay did not reflect the standard we experienced previously, and we would not recommend staying here based on our experience.

A clean and comfortable apartment with a very liveable layout. Good facilities in the building, with supermarkets, cafes, South Melbourne Markets, the South Bank riverside promenade and city centre all within walking distance.

The staff was friendly and helped to point us in the right direction to get our day started. Convenient location to access CBD and Yarra River area- 10 minute walk. Also right beside a grocery store and coffee shop. Room was a little worn, but clean. Was surprised by no coffee maker in room, just packs of instant coffee.

We booked a junior 2 bedroom. Second room was locked so had to get it unlocked via reception. Bathroom door had a lot of dirty marks on the inside not seen unless the bathroom door was closed. Single bed, the mattresses was wider than the base which meant the bed dipped off over the edge. Both times I tried to call reception form my phone Janine answered. Location was perfect 20min walk to Sidney bowl, towels are very generous good size. Bed linen was good.

Staff were lovely. There were some things in the room that could be improved like dirty bins, a plug for the sink. The floor was a bit dirty and I got glass in my foot, there were some toe nail clippings on the ground too. Beds were very clean and comfortable.
