The rooms were nice and clean, the hotel is very well presented as well as staff. Only issue is. they don't have a fridge in the room and it's only a cooler that doesn't really cool anything. Contacted front desk a few times to have it changed to a working cooler but Never happen within a weeks stay there. But was offered bucket of ice instead but we needed a fridge as it was hot weather and to put our drinks in. That was the only disappointment from our stay they should look into that to make it more of a pleasant stay for people. The staff are excellent and hotel is spacious and very clean.

Cloud of smokers to walk through at check in was a poor welcome. Person on the desk was on a speaker phone call unrelated to hotel duties. Didn’t hang up or silence the call. Rushed through the check in and was quickly back to giggling on the phone call. This person was unfocused and appeared bitter to be doing the job. Fake smile and unfriendly. Not ideal for hotel front of house.

Great new property. Staff and service great, went to the republic tavern onsite and was excellent, only issue we had was the key kept losing it program and we had to get it reprogrammed 4 times in 3 days and housekeeping removed out second key from the power socket, which was a pain
