Mantra Melbourne Epping

I had a pleasant stay at Mantra Melbourne Epping. The room was nice and clean, and the shower was spacious. The location is convenient, with most places I wanted to visit within a 30-40 minutes drive. The staff were friendly and courteous, which made the stay even better.

Cosy room, housekeeping very professional and friendly, loved the hotel and it's ambience. Will definitely come back soon.

The rooms were nice and clean, the hotel is very well presented as well as staff. Only issue is. they don't have a fridge in the room and it's only a cooler that doesn't really cool anything. Contacted front desk a few times to have it changed to a working cooler but Never happen within a weeks stay there. But was offered bucket of ice instead but we needed a fridge as it was hot weather and to put our drinks in. That was the only disappointment from our stay they should look into that to make it more of a pleasant stay for people. The staff are excellent and hotel is spacious and very clean.
