Nice to stay here again. Kids loved the pool

Room wasn’t as clean as I’d like but everything else fantastic location food wonderful

The hotel is in a great location and rooms are a good size. Breakfast was average compared to other international hotels overseas. The hotel was full and one of the lifts wasn’t working so there were long waits to get in and out of your floor.

I was happy and will come back

The lifts is a huge problem here. The first one up to the level 8 lobby is fine but the rooms one is shocking. We waited over 10 minutes regularly if not longer for one to come. There are no stairs so you havent got an option but to wait. They dont have enough lifts to serve the purpose of the hotel. If youre on one of the lower floors this is even worse. The room was ok, cleanliness was definitely an issue. I moved the bed to the side and there was a ton of dirt and rubbish tucked underneath. The bathroom was also mouldy in a number of spots. Im judging this at the class the hotel presents itself as. The reception is very slow with no more than 2 people there. Overall i just found this hotel to be lacking. Its definitely not 5 stars or probably even 4.

The Swissotel is located in the heart of the CBD and a great place to stay.The rooms are clean an tidy, with plenty of room. My only suggestion would be that the covers on the bed need to be larger and warmer,we found that with two in the bed one of us was always lacking in covers at certain points in the night and we weren’t warm enough.

Beautiful room with an awesome view. High end bathroom with full bath and separate shower. Awesome bed and pillows…so plush. Spacious room on the Executive Floor.

Room was dirty and not cleaned well, dirty teaspoons in drawer, old chip or food behind coffee machine, dust in drawers, I complained to front desk and simply said will get house keeping to look at it. Later that day new teaspoons, still mouldy sticky stuff in drawers and the old bit of food still behind coffee machine.

Unfortunately rooms have no view. Nothing much going on in the hotel itself, but hotel is right in the center of the CBD. allable to all major sights

Every interaction with every staff member was wonderful. They were always friendly, helpful and kind.

Excellent Location, Peaceful Stay Swissôtel Sydney was a fantastic base for exploring the city. The room was quiet and comfortable, despite being in the CBD. Grocery shopping was easy with Westfield just below, and there were great cafés nearby for breakfast. Transport was seamless—QVB is right across the street, and the Opera House is a short ride away. Highly recommended for convenience and calm in the heart of Sydney.

Quiet, Clean comfortable room. Would stay here again!
