Swissôtel Sydney

Room was good, amenities as well. The hotel is in renovation like their restaurant and even there’s a que to do checkin may be they can add few more resources to their front desk to expedite checkin and reduce waiting time for guest.

Our room was large, clean and the bathroom was nice with good shower pressure. Staff were lovely. The only downside was the lifts. As in many reviews the lines for the lifts were long and quite frustrating. We were on the 11th floor so I would have been happy using the stairs. I went into the stairwell and then couldn’t get out as all the doors are locked. Common sense is if the lifts are suboptimal open the stairwell for those that are able and happy to use.

Checking in process were fast-and easy. staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic breakfast, great bar, excellent reception and room services.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location and not too far from the airport which makes this as an excellent choice.The room was clean and staff at the reception and concierge were very helpful during our stay. The room condition is good but has a very unique layout. Cleanliness could be improved for the room and maintenance on some areas of the room would be great. Swimming pool area is great too. The only downside is you have to use multiple elevators for your hotel room which sometimes could be a long wait during busy times. Overall, a great place to stay and easily accessible to major attractions CBD has, would recommend.

A hotel that is really run down and now under renovation, where only 2 of 3 elevators was working leading to 10 minutes wait for elevators throughout the day. It was so bad, that hotel staff at peak hours guided guests to the staff elevators to minimize frustrations amongst the guests. When asking the reception for news on when the elevators would be operational again, it was repeatedly told the closed elevator would Be operation next day. We were there for 6 days and the 3rd elevator never worked and finally found a staff member, who admitted the renovation would take the better part of 2 years. In general terms, this is a tourist hotel and definitely not a business hotel. We called 5 times for laundry pickup only to be told to deliver it to the reception ourselves. The WiFi in the rooms worked sporadically at best and prevented the working from the room. When checking out and requesting 4 hrs late check out, it was rejected unless we paid extra despite being told there was plenty of open availability for the specific day. Difficult to see where the 4 star rating comes from.

Close to the shopping area, church and accessible to all transportation.

Fabulous service, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Great breakfasts too, really beautiful hotel and kept so clean. A very special place. Plus we had a wonderful afternoon at the spa, enjoying a relaxing massage.

Localização ótima, deu para fazer quase tudo a pé. Café da manhã ótimo com opções saudáveis. A cama poderia ser maior mas, mesmo assim, era confortável.

Every thing was perfect

The hotel was very good and in a great position the executive club however a bit of a let down owing the the large number of unruly children . We don’t blame the hotel for this but if parents bring their children into an executive club they should be calm and not screaming

So conveniently located right in the heart of the city. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful.
