First of all, I will say that the service was impeccable, from Kamal delivering us to our rooms, to the front desk always greeting us with a smile. When I saw my room, I was ecstatic. It was the ultimate "princess" room, utterly feminine with upholstered cabinet doors and a stunning bathroom with a large tub for soaking. A king-size bed (luxurious and oh-so-comfy) and a sitting area with a love seat and 2 chairs. Just lovely. But... I found out the next day that my headboard was against the elevator wall, and I could hear every movement of the elevator from 6:30 a.m. when breakfast started, and throughout the day. It did wake me up my first 2 days there. The second day, I flipped around so my head was at the foot of the bed, and I was able to get back to sleep. My one complaint about the tub was more for my traveling companion, who was 79 years old and who had the room next to mine. While I found the tub luxurious, she found it anxiety inducing. The tub was high, with very difficult to navigate for an older person. She was terrified of falling. While there is room to sit and swing your legs over, the height of the tub was such that she had to slide off onto the floor and hope the mat didn't slip beneath her feet. Breakfast was adequate, and the bar on the main level was a great place to unwind after a day of exploration, which we did each night. On our last night, we were offered 2 highly discounted tickets to a concert at Stephansdom. Heaven!

Great hotel with character. Much better option than a corporate hotel that could be found anywhere.

Great location to the St Stephens Cathedral area of town. Very clean hotel and great staff. They were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were big and nice and clean. It’s the oldest hotel in Vienna!

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The lobby is outstanding. This is a superb hotel.

The breakfast is the only thing needs improvement as little options for vegan or vegetarian (salmon or other fish) no cream cheese no vegan crakers

Amazing property and the penthouse suite is a one of a kind room. The entire property is beautiful and the service was outstanding. Beautiful view of St Stephen’s Catherdral and close to everything. Would recommend to anyone visiting Vienna.

A nice boutique hotel in a great location that is quiet but convenient for all you want to see in Vienna. A beautiful historic building that is clean and well-maintained, with spacious comfortable rooms with the modern conveniences. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.

Very cute hotel in the historic center of Vienna.

I can't sing enough praise about this hotel. My teenager and I had the most pleasant stay here. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and every piece of furniture and decoration adds to the charm. We stayed here twice during different legs of our trip and both rooms were spacious and spotless. Can't beat the location; right in the city center and walking distance to most sites as well as subway station, and yet very quiet and peaceful. The front desk staff are so kind and helpful. And the breakfast was terrific. There is no point looking further, this hotel is a steal for the price.

Excellent breakfast. Hotel perfectly situated around the corner from St. Stephen’s. Easy walk from Wien Mitte.

Our second stay at this hotel having been previously in December 2024. Fabulous location right by St Stephen’s cathedral. Easy walking distance to restaurants, cafés, the main sights and public transport easily available to those that are a little further out (e.g. Schönbrunn Palace). Hotel is clean comfortable and very charming. Great breakfast. Highly recommend.
