It is a very big hotel which clearly used to be 4 star hotel. It is now a bit run down. Showers had mold, hallways full of damages. We stayed for 2 nights and overall it is good enough for a short stay, but def. not a 4.5star hotel. We called in advance to have the baby crib ready - did not happen. Room cleaning also never happened.

The windows were dirty on the inside. Never cleaned during in our three nights there. One convenient plug in for phone other on the floor. Provide coffee pot which will overflow onto counter. Missing any at work or picture. Large but less hospitable sonehow

Large suite, especially the Europe! Great design! Small bathroom/ limited counter space/ and tired carpet in hallways. Great breakfast buffet! Definitely worth adding it before arriving! Taxis & Ubers always available and needed since it is a bit off the beaten path and away from the central areas. Easy to get around though so the cost savings was still there vs. staying more centrally to the city.

I stayed from July 25-20 in one room and had to move to a different room since my next stay of 5 days is a standard room. I am ok with the move. But the first night after the move, I found the shower place was clogged and I could not take a shower. I had to wipe dry and get dressed without finishing the shower, waiting for it to be fixed. A cleaning guy came, as there is no available plumber at 12am at night. After the fix, the smell was horrible, I had to closed the bathroom door, can not use the bathroom or shower. Of course, there is no way to take a shower at that time. They probably fixed it again the second day with a plumber, I was able to take shower the second day. However, the process make you feel that they do not care much. I was happy before I moved, but after this incident, I am disappointed.

AC Bella hotel is located near the airport, has a functional gym, and a golf course near by for runs and walks. There is a nice 2.5 mile loop that goes around the golf course. The hotel also has major disadvantages — no room service and limited food and coffee options. For a large conference of ours, they were simply overwhelmed by the volume of clients. Rooms are spacious but basic. Also, to go to a gym from tower 1, you have to do a « walk of shame » (sweaty) across the bridge connecting the two towers — not a clever design. Also, it is far from downtown and there is not luck around. If you are looking to explore the city, I’d suggest staying elsewhere.
