La chambre et la literie étaient confortable. Mais sincèrement des cheveux au plafond, pas de produit dans le pousse pousse pour se laver les mains, porte de la salle de bain cassé, porte douchette cassé. A ce prix c’est inacceptable. Le prix n’est en aucun cas justifié.

The hotel was very nice and so were the staff. It was very close to Disney and the shuttle was great! Only complain is that there seems to be a bit of miscommunication between the staff (could also be a language barrier) besides that we really enjoyed our stay.

After being let down by an Airbnb we booked this in Expedia and arrived about 30 minutes later. The welcome at the hotel is excellent, gorgeous lobby area, beautiful scent and well air conditioned. The hotel is currently being refurbished but it doesn’t interfere at all. The rooms are beautiful and well air conditioned. Very comfortable too. There is an excellent breakfast that is approx €25 per adult and free for kids which was a great start for our day. There is a shuttle bus that goes every 30 minutes to Disney and back - this was invaluable - precise brilliant service. The hotel grounds are beautiful - they have a play park for the kids, cycle paths and rental bikes. We wish we had stayed longer! We are delighted to have stumbled upon this hotel. We will definitely stay again.

Breakfast was good. Lobby is very spacious and modern. Shuttle to Disney is convenient, but there could be some air conditioning right? Now let's talk about what went wrong. Not a four star experience. We booked a room with a king bed on Expedia, when we were checked in, received a room with a queen bed. When we called to ask the front desk, the answer was that we paid for a queen bed. Later we reviewed our Expedia receipt and confirmed that indeed we reserved the king. My wife was right beside me but the front desk man only gave me one key, which is a real issue as you still need to insert the card in the room to activate lights like it's still 1999 so whenever one of us leaves we have to substitute the key card with something else. The toilet still had stains which they tried to clean but it was obvious still dirty. The toilet also did not flush down without me resorting to breaking up my own excrement using the toilet cleaner and flushing 5x more. The room only had two towels but there were three of us so we had to ask for more towels. What a strange experience. Not worth the extra money we paid to stay here.

The property is beautiful and courteous staff. Breakfast service was brilliant. We had issue with room, booked room for 2 adults and 2 kids, walked into room with no second bed made and with only 2 set of towels. Highlighted the issue but was only given 2 extra bath towels, had to go to reception and request for linen to make the second bed, which was do promptly after that. Next day when we returned in the evening to the room, the towels were not replenished again and the toilet was not cleaned, nut beds were made and bins were emptied. Asked about any different procedure we need to follow to make sure towels are replenished. Came back 3 night, again towels were not changed and toilets were not cleaned. We did raise the concern with reception team. We paid £934 for 3 nights and the brand of the hotel carries a value, we were taken aback and confused with our experience. Just wanted to highlight, if there is a different procedure to get linen n towels changed, then that should be informed at the time of check in as we never had this experience before. Hope this feedback would be taken in right sense.

The hotel has just been taken over, was a Radission before, and is undergoing decorating, which wasn’t made aware off.

This is our second time at the hotel and we’ve recommended it to others. The location and the shuttle bus are really convenient. Rooms are a decent size with good amenieties. But if you’re booking soon be aware that the pool is out of action and there is a lot of refurb work happening. I didn’t know this and certainly don’t feel it was reflected in the price. Some of the staff are lovely, but the breakfast team can be quite rude! Book it for the location rather than the service!

Cons: The rooms are outdated, with peeling walls and flaking paint in many areas. The plumbing is old, and the shower water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold. The air conditioning can provide heating, but its cooling performance is weak. The bedding has a slight smell of smoke. Parking within the complex is expensive, which feels unnecessary given the already high room rates. Pros: You can tell that this hotel was once very luxurious. The surroundings are beautiful, and it is very quiet at night. The service quality is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious. The shuttle service to Disney is very convenient. Many areas are currently under renovation, so it should improve over time.
