Great service, all staff are friendly, check-in/out time is also fast, breakfast is varied. If you want a beautiful city view, choose the executive room. Exit the hotel directly from Jalan Tunjungan and can be walked to the TP, highly recommended for those who like to walk. I left something at check-out, the service was excellent, helped deliver it to your home. Hotel Platinum is the best, if you go to Surabaya, you will definitely stay here again.

Stayed in the executive suite. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly. When I arrived there, it wasn't check-in time yet, but I was already allowed to enter the room ❤️.. The WiFi was fast.. The breakfast was super delicious and complete, access to everywhere was close. Near the souvenir shopping center. If I go to Surabaya again, I will stay here again. Thank you

I didn't regret staying here for two nights. The price was lower than the well-known hotel chains, but the facilities were just as good. The location was excellent, and there were plenty of eateries outside the hotel. I stayed at the Junior Suite Platinum Hotel Surabaya and my experience was very satisfying. The room was spacious, clean, and felt luxurious from the moment I entered. The modern interior design with a warm feel makes it comfortable for resting or working. What I liked: • Spacious and comfortable room – separate sleeping area from sitting area, perfect for families or staycations. • Very soft mattress – I slept soundly. • Large bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, fast hot water and good water pressure. • Beautiful view of Surabaya city from the bedroom window. • Complete amenities – fast internet, comfortable sofa, and spacious work desk. Service: The staff was friendly and responsive. Check-in was fast, and room needs were also handled promptly. Breakfast: The menu options were numerous and delicious. The variety ranged from Indonesian and Western to pastries. Conclusion: The Junior Suite Platinum Hotel Surabaya is suitable for those who want a more comfortable and premium stay at a reasonable price. Perfect for vacations, work, or just some me time.
