How to Get There

Travellers also may opt to fly into Macau International Airport which is located at the Eastern side of Taipa, which is the northernmost part of Macau. Getting to the city is easy from the airport with many transportations such as bus and taxi services available.

Within the city, TRANSMAC and TCM are the two bus companies operating all public and minibuses. The bus lines cover a majority of the attractions and hotels on the Peninsular and are capable of transporting more than 20 people.
Taxi
One of the most convenient ways of travelling around Macau is by hailing a taxi. It is easy to spot this public transport as it is in white and yellow in colour. For the first 1.6km, customers are charged MOP$19 which is roughly USD 2.40, and MOP$2 for every 240m which is roughly USD 0.30.
