Seremban 2 is a town that is strategically located 1 km from the Seremban toll plaza and 4 km from Seremban town. Seremban 2 is a planned city built on a former oil palm plantation site. It was established with the aim of relocating the administrative, business and education services in Negeri Sembilan away from the capital. Seremban 2 will serve as the gateway to the Greater Klang Valley under the recent National Structure Plan which gazetted 30% of Negeri Sembilan including Port Dickson, Nilai and Labu. This is part of the Federal Government efforts to bring development to the region. Several shopping malls have been opened in Seremban 2, such as ÆON, Tesco, Mydin and S2 Mall. Accessibility to the township via the North-South Highway, ELITE and LEKAS highways have brought Seremban 2 closer to key locations such as Kuala Lumpur City Centre (45 minutes), Kuala Lumpur International Airport (30 minutes), Putrajaya and Cyberjaya (30 minutes).
The nearest airport to Seremban 2 is the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). The airport is easily accessible via the PLUS highways. From Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA 1&2) you can take taxi to Seremban 2. The distance from airport to Seremban 2 is about 33 km and 39 minutes’ drive from the airport.
You may use the main highway the North-South Expressway (NSE/PLUS) to reach Seremban 2. The nearest exit is no. 218 Seremban exit. Seremban is approximately 3 hours' drive that is 265km from Johor Bharu and 45 minutes from Kuala Lumpur, using the NSE. Seremban is also connected to the state of Selangor via the LEKAS highway which passes through Serdang and Nilai.
If you plan to travel by train you may take KTM from Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station (KL Sentral) or Bandar Tasik Selatan Station to Seremban KTM Station. From Seremban KTM Station you can take taxi to Seremban 2.

For visitors who are looking for history and culture site they may visit State Museum Complex to see the Minangkabau Culture and History. It takes only 7 minutes’ drive from Seremban 2. It is a house at the State Museum (Teratak Perpatih) within the grounds of the State Museum Complex on Jalan Sungai Ujung in Seremban. Inside the wooden building are artifacts, old photographs and ceramics. The museum showcases a fine display of ceremonial keris (daggers), Bugis and Minangkabau swords, and royal ornaments.
The Church of the Visitation with beautiful and elegant design is located in the beautiful and modern township of Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This church was built in 1848 during the colonial era. Within the Church vicinity there are 2-storey multi-purpose hall and a 3-storey formation center complete with library and cafeteria. The best time to visit is during Good Friday, Easter and Christmas Eve if you want to experience the festival.
Negeri Sembilan House located at Kompleks Taman Seni Budaya in Seremban is one of the examples houses that describe the architecture of Minangkabau in Negeri Sembilan. This house was built since 1898. You can see the architecture is indeed influenced by the Minangkabau design. It has a long and curved roof with both ends of the roof rising up a bit. Like the other old house it also has a mother's house and on its walls has intriguing carvings. Among other features are high floor from land and wood-based floors.
