Seremban Jaya is a mature mixed residential and commercial development located approximately 5km from Seremban. Some of the developments are Seremban Garden, Taman Bukit Emas, Taman Satria, Taman Senangin and Taman Tunku Jaafar. The other landmarks include Senawang Light Industry, Senawang Specialist Centre, Senawang Industrial Park and Tunku Jaafar Country Golf Club. Within easy reach are also amenities like shops, schools, mini markets, hypermarkets, petrol stations and eateries. Seremban Jaya is located along Jalan Senawang, besides Senawang Interchange and is a 5 minutes’ drive away from the North-South Highway Senawang toll. It is also reachable via the Seremban-Senawang Trunk Road and Lebuhraya Kajang-Seremban (LEKAS). This provides Seremban Jaya easy access to various locations in Klang Valley, Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur International Aiport and the South.

Seremban Jaya was developed back in 2001 to meet demand for low-cost residential properties. It has since matured into a substantial landmark township and a part of the satellite town of Senawang. It is close to Senawang’s industrial parks make Seremban Jaya one of the places that these workers choose to stay at. In addition, the standard of living here is less stressful than in the bigger cities.

By Plane

The nearest airport to Seremban Jaya is the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), which is about 30km north of Seremban and 30 minutes’ drive away. The airport is easily accessible via the PLUS highways. From Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA 1&2) you can take taxi to Seremban Jaya. The distance from airport to Seremban Jaya is about 61 km and 47 minutes’ drive from the airport.

By Car

You may use the main highway the North-South Expressway (NSE/PLUS) to reach Seremban Jaya. The nearest exit is no. 218 Seremban exit. Seremban is approximately 3 hours' drive that is 265km from Johor Bharu and 45 minutes from Kuala Lumpur, using the NSE. Seremban is also connected to the state of Selangor via the LEKAS highway which passes through Serdang and Nilai.

By Train

If you plan to travel by train you may take KTM from Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station (KL Sentral) or Bandar Tasik Selatan Station to Seremban KTM Station. From Seremban KTM Station you can take taxi to Seremban Jaya.

Royal Gallery Tuanku Ja’afar

Church of the Visitation, Seremban

This special design church with beautiful and elegant design is located at the center of Seremban City. This church was built in 1848 during the colonial era. The best time to visit is during Good Friday, Easter and Christmas Eve if you want to experience the festival.

State Library Seremban

Situated in the vicinity of the Seremban Lake Gardens is the state library which used to be the State Secretariat Building. Built in 1912 by B.P Habback of Britain with the assistance of the state Public Works Department, this stately building reflects the colonial architecture of a bygone era.
