Nice view...good service...very clean.
I am very happy staying at this hotel, very nice surrounding.
Quiet cool and spacious and comfortable room
Great location. clean room. No WiFi available in room is the only downside I could think about at this moment.
Very good, enjoyable but bathroom cleanliness poor. Need to improve.
We arrived a bit late due to weather. Check in was a little hassle as it takes quite some times. Manage to get our room and it was bad as insects and hair strands on the floor. Request to change our room and was handle within 20 minutes. It used to be a great hotel with it's facilities and staff but now its an average hotel. Make it great again and I will come again.
Experience was great. Just a bit dissapointed because I cannot check in early. When I came back at 2.55pm, the receptionist asked me to wait another 15minutes because cleaner still cleaning the room
Everything was good. Spacious room.
Good and clean hotel. Friendly staff.
Good. Polite staff. Delicious breakfast. No other people except us on the 6th floor.

Worth re-visit stay
Location wise is a bit secluded perch on a hill. The good thing is it the place does not seem to be crowded, even though there were busloads of guests. While the level 4 room for 3 pax was alright, the shower was a bit disappointing as the water flow was too slow. Should you have sweet food/tidbits along, keep them in the fridge, as overnight there will be ants over your food. Breakfast overall would be described as above average with a wide selection of local and western dishes. Guess there's a difference when you check in as a paying guest and as a vacation club member.

Older Hotel. Helpful Staff
We stayed 3 nights in this Tudor style hotel. We had great views and would recommend a higher level floor. Our room was spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful. The hotel is up a hill and "we got our exercise" coming and going. The hotel is getting older and is showing its age a bit. There is a small, very pretty garden that is a bit awkward to get to. Everything considered, including the price, it was a good option.

Okay. The staff try their best, but it's a little dated.
I stayed here as I had some work in the area. The check in was smooth as we made a reservation earlier. You have to take an old lift to your floor and then, depending on where your room is, you might have to take a long walk along the corridors, turns and bends before finally reaching your room. There are other lifts along the way, but noone tells you about them. You have to discover it yourself! The room is okay. Large, but dated. The view, depending on which room you get, can be quite spectacular, but it's pot luck. It has all the usual amenities, coffee, tea (of course!), shampoo, soap and shower gel. The bathrooms are a little more dated than the rooms, but with the price you pay, well, what do you expect? The hot wanted works fine and there is good water pressure. The annoying thing with bathtubs and shower curtains, is that there is usually a leak and you only discover it after you have showered! Oh well. The TV channels are okay, but not all work well. My biggest gripe is that there is no wifi in the rooms! What age are we living in? They have free wifi in the common areas, but none in the rooms. Not even if you pay for it! Other than that, breakfast is okay. They do try their best. the first day, the lady struggled with my omelette, so it was more like scrambled eggs, but I'm not fussy. It was fine. It would be nice if they had cheese though. Maybe a suggestion. The food is mixed, Western and Eastern, so eggs, beans, toast along with rice, noodles, curry... It's fine and a good filler for the morning. By the way, I do like eating with a knife and fork, so I discovered where they keep the knives; in the wooden trolley drawer near to the bread area! It saves time waiting to find someone to ask, then repeat, then wait again. It's actually not bad if you just want somewhere to sleep. As such it was fine for me. Would I stay here again? Well, yes, as it's convenient for work.

Stay in Heritage Hotel
Ask for the new wing when staying here. Rate per night is acceptable, the morning breakfast was ok, with the room was quite clean. Don't forget to go to Kea Farm for the veggies, strawberries and "Jagung Mutiara". Have tea & delicious scone at the Kampung Sedia nearby.

Avoid at all cost!
Staying at Room 240. There no menu for food that you can order from room. No bath towel available unless you ask for it. Only 2 TV channel for viewing. No satellite Tv available because it is under service and they don't even want to speed up the fixing process for their customer! Breakfast is average. Lunch and dinner under par. Find another hotel worth your money.
